Faculty members are helpful.

Placements: Placements in our M.Tech chemical engineering department were decent, with around 80% of students getting placed. The highest package was 18 LPA while the lowest was 5 LPA with the average package of 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Reliance Industries, ONGC, BPCL, Tata Chemical, and Asian Paints. Around 70% of students secured internships at companies like IOCL, GAIL, and many more.

Infrastructure: The chemical engineering department has well-equipped labs, pilot scale industrial setup, simulation software, and research facilities. Library has a wide range of books and journals for chemical research. Hostel rooms are well maintained with study space, Wi-Fi, and water supply. The food provided in the hostel is decent and don't have much variety, on the other hand college canteen has a wide range of food from vegetarian to non vegetarian.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly experienced with many having industry and research backgrounds. Course curriculum is industry-intensive covering areas like research engineering, process modeling, nanotechnology, and environment engineering. Hands-on training, lab experiments, and industrial collaboration plays as significant tool in our studies.

M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering - Batch of 2022

I joined this course and also the syllabus due to passion.

Placements: Above 70% of the students are placed from this course. The highest package is 80 LPA, the basic package was 8 LPA and the average package was about 12 LPA. This course offers a large number of opportunities and with a good package. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, IBM, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure for my course is better in all categories whether it's in playing, study, laboratory, classrooms, tours, events and industrial visits. The library is good with enough books. Hostel quality is okay to stay. The food was average, with free Wi-Fi in the hostel.

Faculty: Talking about teachers, our college has helpful teachers, teachers that are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good with well explained subject topics. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry ready. The time table is followed on daily classes.
