Quality education - choose kite.

Placements: I’m an ECE student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at KGISL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. I guess the highest salary package is 15 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA to 7 LPA. They provide placement training like how to solve aptitude and soft skills, and it includes exams like lingua skills, etc. Many other placement-related trainings are given here. According to the roles, skills differ. The reason why I took ECE is that I like electronics, but I’m good at coding.

Infrastructure: I'm an ECE student. We have 24/7 Wi-Fi available with modern technology labs and smart classrooms, along with library access. As I'm a day scholar, I don't have any idea about the hostel, but they provide quality food and clean rooms. As KG groups have their own medical resources, they provide immediate dedication. They provide more importance to sports and other non-academic events.

Faculty: All faculty members here are Ph.D. holders. They are knowledgeable and kind towards students. We don’t find it difficult to face our semesters because they teach us well, and the pass percentage is 40%. We go to college to work on projects. We have a major event called Pyexpo for first-year students. This is a life-turning point for many of us to work hands-on with industrial experts.

Other: As I am very much interested in electronics, I choose the ECE department. The major advantage at KGISL is that they provide us with innovation labs for about 4 hours per day. You can choose your domain, like IoT, AI, cyber, etc., as you wish and complete the course in just 3 months with a certificate.

You can keep the college as an option if you don't get top-tier colleges in Coimbatore.

Placements: About 70% of the students in ECE have been placed on campus. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the average package is about 3.5 LPA. Blitzwork, KGiSL-GSS, Nunnari Labs, and Thozhil are the major recruiters. Over 60–70% of them got their internships in companies all around Tamil Nadu and in other states too. Image processing engineer and IoT are the most offered roles.

Infrastructure: We have a central library and separate libraries for each department. 24/7 Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the campus. There are laboratories available for practical experience and other than that, there are a total of four innovation labs provided. The accommodation in the hostel will be fine and the food is a bit pricey. Our college has sick rooms in the academic block and in the hostel too.

Faculty: The teachers are well trained and they have experience in teaching. Most of them are friendly so we can be in touch with them without any fear. They used to explain innovative concepts until we understood the concept. They often took us to industrial visits. This college is affiliated with Anna University. So we need to study hard to clear the semester examination .

It has good placement in 2022.

Placements: In our college, they start to provide training in the third year itself. You have specific training related to placements every year. You will be taught many programming languages based on your interests. You can select a specific stream in which you would like to get placed and start your training in that for your placement. You will have many hours specifically allocated for placement training. More than 90% of the students in our batch were placed. The highest salary package is 9 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. The good news is that every student is placed in their dream company with a good salary package.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There are many lab and classroom facilities available. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is good. There are separate blocks for each department. There is an elevator facility available in our college. Sports play a major role in our college. They give importance to each student's talent.

Faculty: Teachers are friendly and you can ask any questions or doubts to them. They will clear it immediately. They will provide good knowledge to students, so preparing for exams will be easier. They will make you understand the concept and will conduct tests for each unit to revise the concept.

It is the best college, and you can join here without thinking twice.

Placements: About 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in our course is Rs. 70,000 per month, the lowest is Rs. 20,000 per month, and the average is Rs. 30,000 per month. Wipro, TCS, and Tech Mahindra are the top recruiting companies. About 70% of students got internships from our course, and they have been placed at TCS and Tech Mahindra. HR and manager are the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: The facilities at our college are good and helpful. The infrastructure is good, neat, and beautiful. There are many labs for various departments. The library contains many useful and entertaining books. The classroom is clean and the best place to study. The quality of food in the hostel is good and healthy. It is also very tasty. They have many grounds for each game.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and kind. They teach their students with respect and guide them correctly, making them perfect. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students ready for anything. Semester exams were easy, and they were difficult sometimes. 50% is the pass percentage.

Other: I like circuits, and more than that, I like this course basically for its benefits. The best thing is that we can work in either the software or hardware field. I wish they needed to add more computer programming languages. They have conducted many events, and the campus is surrounded by lots of other colleges, so we can participate in many events of other colleges. They are providing many scholarships and also conducting many extracurricular activities.

Placements: The institution has close ties with major brands in the technology industry. Moreover, the campus falls in a conglomerate compound surrounded by giants like Bosch, Cognizant, and Dell. Good efforts to develop will not go wasted. The campus is at the heart of an exponentially developing area.

Infrastructure: The campus is maintained and managed by an International organization. The facilities and laboratory services are above standards. Safety and security of the people is of at most importance to the management. The infrastructure and further resources are easily accessible and above standards.

Faculty: The course followed is from Anna University Chennai. The college is also accredited by AICTU and Anna University. Faculty members are kind and supportive, also experienced and knowledgeable. The course expands to engineering interest, having said learning and development depend on one's interest in hard worked success.

The infrastructure of the college is good, but placements and faculty members are not good.

Placements: The college provides only a few placement opportunities. Nowadays, it's tough for the students to get placed even in top colleges. The placements of our college are even worse. Many students from our batch were placed, and the students who were placed in one company can apply for the interviews conducted by the other companies. The college provides only a few internship opportunities, and the students should find internships on their own.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The college looks good. Classrooms, benches, library, IIM hall are well-maintained. Sports facilities are average. But they do not encourage sports. The quality of food provided in the hostel is poor. Hostel rooms are average. The college provides the Wi-Fi facility, but the students are restricted to use mobiles inside the campus and hostels.

Faculty: Some faculty members are knowledgeable, and some of them are newly recruited. The quality of teaching is not good. Students should be taught about some general knowledge, and the teachers should provide some information about jobs and the industry. Faculty members should have some experience. They use PPTs and blackboards to teach.

Other: The colleges organises events like the farewell party, freshers day and some department events.

They give a lot of training for placement support. Our campus is very good in academics.

Placements: Our batch is currently looking forward to placements. The institute has good records from previous years. Many students get placed in IT and core companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, and HCL. The highest package is around 7-8 LPA, and the average package is 3-4 LPA.

Infrastructure: KGisl Institute provides good infrastructure. It has well-equipped computer labs, a Wi-Fi-enabled campus, digital classrooms, and a well-stocked library. The hostel facilities are decent, with clean rooms and 24/7 Wi-Fi. The mess and canteen offer average but hygienic food, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Faculty: Of course, our staff members are very encouraging. Their teaching quality is very good and interactive, making the content easy to understand. The curriculum is well-structured and industry-relevant, which helps students with placements and internships.

Our college is excellent but sports need improvement.
