The faculty members are quite helpful, clean, and hygienic hostels, infrastructure is outstanding.
Placements: To be very honest there won't be any active recruiters. However during the 2nd year of the course we ho to different Institutes for project work. These institutions are either recommended by our professors or we can search ourselves. The companies mostly hire according to their performance.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructures provided are top-notch. The laboratories are fully furnished will every piece of equipment and have high-end machinery. The library has all the important books. Apart from the main library, there is a library in every department along with a reading room. The hostels have good food and are in hygienic conditions.
Faculty: To be honest the biotechnology department is quite understaffed. But the staffs present right now are well and very capable. The course curriculum however needs to change as the syllabus is quite old. The semester exams were quite mediocre and not very difficult to pass.

Review of Khallikote Autonomous College, Khallikote University.
Placements: It is one of the oldest institutes of Odisha. You can grow your personality and confidence, and it is the best institute to take admission. Students can also get placements.
Infrastructure: The library is awesome, and students can find every book. The hostel is the best place to study and hang out. Food in the hostel is awesome. The warden is very cooperative, and you can share anything and everything with them.
Faculty: Faculty members are the backbone of the college. They are always available here to promote you and by your side. They always help you out, and they promote students to do the best in their field. Students can clear their doubts at any moment, which is the best part of the college, and you can rely on them. Everything is very good.
Other: I have chosen this course because geology has its own value, and you can take advantage of this subject.

Overall, it is an average university.
Placements: As it is a government college, there are no proper placements. Very few recruiters visit the college for placements. Only 5% of students get placed in placement drives. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys are the major companies that visit the campus for recruitment. They offer a salary of Rs. 12,000 per month. I have not heard about any student getting an internship.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge, but the building is very old. It is located in the heart of the city. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, but no one can use the Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are huge and good, but the chairs are too old fashioned. However, the fee charged is reasonable. Earlier, there was a college canteen, but there is no canteen facility available now.
Faculty: Teachers and clerks in the college are very helpful. They are well qualified. They lack interest in teaching as the students prefer to teach in the tuition classes. Teaching methods are quite outdated. The teacher to student ratio is 1:80. The course curriculum was really helpful.
Other: Many events and fests are conducted in our college. The campus crowd is quite good, but the campus surroundings are crowded and unhealthy. There are various scholarships available in our college, and you can apply for all those scholarship programmes.

The campus is very good. The students can learn new things and explore new ideas.
Placements: Many opportunities are provided for students. Different software companies visited the college to hire the students from computer science background. The students can fulfil their dreams by participating in job mela.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are advanced. New tools and equipment are available in laboratories. Many opportunities are provided to learn new things and to find new solutions. The college supports the students in getting their dream come true and the students can also develop a good personality.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly to the students. Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They give their best to the students. The faculty members are fully talented, and they provide a good quality of education. They are positive towards the students.
Other: Many programmes, functions and festivals are celebrated along with studies. The college campus is good.

You can go for this, only if you want a better and great future, and you can achieve.
Placements: The companies do come to our college, check for distinctions and ask for interviews. Whosoever is interested, can appear and go through an interview, and can get a chance. Three of my friends got recruited, and now, are serving in the companies. The salaries at first are not that satisfactory, but gradually, it will be increased.
Infrastructure: It is a government college, so don't expect something Hi-Fi, but it is the third largest university in the state, and it is now a university changed from autonomous. Its ground is very healthy and good. There are a big stadium and a gymnasium with indoor and outdoor game courts.
Faculty: Never all the faculty members can be awesome, but some are very good and clear everything in detail. The course curriculum is also manageable, and there is nothing like attendance for some subjects. Even though you don't attend the classes, there is no problem in that because you will be marked as present.

Khalikote Autonomous University.
Placements: The placement was quite good. 80% of students are getting a good package. The highest salary offered is 1 lakh monthly. The average is Rs., 35,000. There is a placement cell in the college premises. 30% of students have got an internship from the college itself. The stipend is quite low.
Infrastructure: There is good infrastructure in the college. There is a good physics laboratory. A well-furnished library with internet facility is available. Classrooms are facilitated with smart class. A hostel is present inside the campus. Well-equipped sports equipment with a very good playground array are present.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Blackboard teaching is dominant. It is now itself a university, so it is a plus point for students. The curriculum is quite advanced. Exposure to students is qualitative. Industrial exposure is there. Support staff is friendly.
Other: There are regular events. Annual fest is a must for the college. CCA is predominant. The campus is equipped with Wi-Fi. It is located in the midst of the city.

For all the UG courses offered by Khallikote Autonomous College, candidates who have passed 10+2 in respective discipline are eligible to apply. In case of PG courses, candidates must possess graduate degree in respective discipline with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in order to be eligible to apply.
