Great branch with good faculty and the best infrastructure in this college.
Placements: Almost all of the students are placed in this course, and this course has the highest placement. Proficient skills are also taught in this course, which include everything from basic languages to higher AI model training and many other things. 80-85% of students get placed almost every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is absolutely excellent, with the newest building of our college, which is H Block. It has spacious labs and classes, it is fully air-conditioned, and there are washrooms on every floor with good facilities, including sockets on every desk.
Faculty: The faculty and curriculum are great. All faculty members are highly qualified and have good experience in teaching. The curriculum is also designed to provide students with the best of their abilities, and soft skills subjects are also included in the curriculum, along with the required technical subjects.
Other: This course is very demanding nowadays as AI is getting famous day by day, and this course meets the requirements of everything.

Overall, I am satisfied with my choice. Considering my JEE rank, this is the best option available.
Placements: Placement scenario is fairly decent, although there's one policy that many students find restrictive. Once you get placed in a company, you are not allowed to appear for any other placements. In our branch, placements are average due to a large student population and comparatively fewer opportunities. However, this could improve with the introduction of the autonomous batch.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on campus, but day scholars are limited to only three logins per day, which get used up quickly. Classrooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, proper ventilation, and good lighting. Library is decent as well. You can issue books and also stay back after college hours to study there.
Faculty: Faculty members here are quite supportive and approachable. Most professors are knowledgeable and have an effective teaching style. You can easily connect with them in their cabins after class, and they are generally very humble and helpful. The curriculum is aligned with industry needs, with no unnecessary subjects. Scoring well in exams is also manageable. Even with just a week's preparation, it's possible to secure a CGPA of 9.

The last best option is AKTU counseling.
Placements: Approximately 85% of final-year students are placed. The average package is 5.5LPA, and the highest package is 60 LPA grabbed by a student of CSE-AI branch. Some of the top companies are Wipro, Juspay, Tata Motors, Amazon, etc. Internship opportunities are not that much here. Students have to work very hard to get any of them.
Infrastructure: My department is AI so we are offered decent yet sufficient facilities with average infrastructure available in our department equipped with free Wi-Fi, a library, and all. All other facilities in the hostel are okay, not that bad or good. There are 4 canteens on the campus, and have very good sports facilities also. They offer a varity of games and sports.
Faculty: Faculty members are okay. Few of them are knowledgeable and highly qualified. The curriculum they are providing is quite relevant and they are making students industry-ready to some extent. Semester exams are not that much difficult, they are of normal difficulty level. The passing percentage is 30% at least.
Other: I got this course based on my JEE Main rank and as per AKTU counseling. The best thing about this course is that it is currently highly in demand and a decent salary is granted to the students who have knowledge and skills related to the course. Fests and other events are rare. I haven't seen any of fest since last 6 months of my first year. One or two sports fests are happening I guess in a year here.

Satisfied because at this rank in JEE this is the best option I have and I don't regret my decision.
Placements: Placement is quite decent except for one placement policy that if a student gets placed in one company, they cannot get a chance to sit in any other company. In our branch, the placement is okay, not too good because of crowd and less opportunities comparatively. But this might change because an autonomous batch may be.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available but only 3 daily logins for day scholars which get exhausted very soon. Classrooms are well-equipped with air-conditioners, ventilation system, and good lighting. Library is also decent, and you can issue books from library. You can sit and study there after college hours.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and very good. You can reach out to them directly in their cabins after classes. They are very humble and helpful except some faculty members are good. They have great knowledge, and their way of teaching is good. Curriculum is industry-oriented and has no irrelevant subjects. It's quite easy to score in exams. Even if you study 1 week before exam, you can score 9 CGPA easily.

The college has good infrastructure but the placement scenario isn't as expected.
Placements: Our branch placement is better than the entire college. As far as I know, almost every student got placed, and this was also the first batch to graduate from AI. However, the overall college placement isn't very good. The highest package this year is 42 LPA, but most students are placed in the 6-8 LPA band. Mass recruiters like Wipro, TCS, and Cognizant visit some years, and UKG comes almost every year, offering good packages. Many startups also recruit 2-3 students for their companies and offer competitive salaries if you have the right skills.
Infrastructure: The facilities are comparable to those at IITs. The labs, Wi-Fi, and overall infrastructure are excellent, but the campus area is small. Classrooms are equipped with SMART boards, and the library is very good. Regarding the hostel, in the first year, a single room is shared among three students, and from the second year on, it is shared between two students. Everything in the hostel is four-star quality. The mess food is good, but over time, everyone gets bored with it. You also have access to free medical care and prescriptions. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games available here
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Most faculty members exhibit good behavior and are always ready to assist. Even the holds are very supportive. One drawback is that they administer many exams. There’s almost an exam every month, which can be frustrating at times, and it doesn’t leave us enough time to focus on our skills.
Other: AI is the future, so I chose AI, but to be honest, all B.Tech courses are quite similar. However, I would consider the AI and AIML branches at KIET to be better than the others because of their coding culture and excellent faculty.
