Placements: It provides 360-degree professional development. Excellent training is there in all communication, aptitude, and programming for all branches. The training organised outside of college experts and ideas instructed by them are valuable for our placements and future.

Infrastructure: The quality of the facilities in our hostel is upto the level. The rooms are separate for 4 members. The toilets are cleaned daily. The quality of food is eatable. The college canteen is excellent. One ambulance is always in our college for medical purposes.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-knowledgeable in communication. They provide good knowledge in course and outside of the course. They show the intent in the examination and autonomous curriculum has been based on the industry trends. They give coaching on all courses.

It is overall a good one with experienced faculty members and huge placement opportunities.

Placements: Our college bought 10 to 16 companies for the campus interview, which was helpful for us. Seniors were also placed in the well-reputed company. Some of them went off campus and were placed in IT companies with a great salary package. The college brought both core and BPOs.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are normal and pretty comfortable. The classrooms are equipped with smart classes. The college has one main common library and separate libraries. The labs are very useful for us. 24 hours a day, medical facilities are available. At any time, the students are ready to donate the blood.

Faculty: The teachers are very friendly. Most of the teachers here are Ph.D. holders and they are well experienced and have done a lot of projects. Wi-fi facilities are provided if you get permission from the HOD. They use PPTs, smart classes and are well versed in problem solving; they always take to the industries. They upgrade themselves every day.

Other: There is already a shortage of qualified engineers, meaning higher salaries and more options for those who are qualified.

There is a knowledge world in the KIT campus.

Placements: Placement is the main advantage in our college. Almost 98% of the students are placed in this year. 20 students were placed in companies with high salaries. Remaining students got placed for salaries above Rs. 10,000 per month. The college provides training for GATE exam and government exams also. Japanese students are willing to get the jobs. They place the students with or without any arrears. The placement staff are very experienced people.

Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure, and all facilities are available in my college. The company, Scope has been started by our college. The best company in our college. Many students were placed in this company. The bus facilities are super, and sports equipment are available. There is a separate place to play cricket, football, basketball, etc.

Faculty: The faculty members are superb, and they give good guidance to the students. Catia, Japanese language, C+, etc. are taught in the college. Coaching is available for GATE and many other government job exams. Many experienced staff and professors are available.

Other: Rs. 5000 scholarship is given by the college per year, per student. There are many events conducted like farewell party, sports day, bagah event, ESVC, dirtbike, RC racing, supra etc.

The faculty and the infrastructure is very good. The placements are available for everyone.

Placements: The Knowledge Institute of Technology is especially known for the placements in the Salem district. Above 90% of the students got placed every year. The salary packages vary from 1.2 to 6 lakh per annum. Top companies like Amazon, Infosys, Tech Mahindra visited our campus. The college provides placements training from 3rd year to the students.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are available. The infrastructure is good. The Wi-Fi is available but secured. All the classrooms with projectors are available. The library has good number books on all topics. The labs are well-equipped. The canteen is well-maintained, and healthy food is available. Hostel rooms are fine. Parking facilities are available. The stationary shops, fresh juice shops are also available on the campus.

Faculty: The faculty members are very responsible and friendly too. They are very helpful in studies and guidance. They are well qualified and have good knowledge in their respective subjects. They teach us well by using projectors. Students to faculty ratio are 10:1. The course curriculum is very useful for learning.

Other: In knowledge Institute of Technology, the placements are the main thing, they give a lot of training for the placements. The academics are also very strong. Communication and aptitude skills were also developed. The Japanese language is also taught for the students who are interested in learning. The college is strict regarding discipline.

Placements: They tried to manage at least one opportunity per person and also a maximum of 6 opportunities per person. If you decided to go only for higher studies, then instead of placement-oriented training, the college will focus on higher education-related training including but not limited to language training (English, German etc.), soft skills and competitive exam training. The highest salary offered for the 2009-2013 batch in our department was 6 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary was around 1.5 lakhs per annum. In our batch, I don't think there was a significant number of interns, but I heard that now there is a large number of them.

Infrastructure: During the 2009 batch, we did not have a Wi-Fi facility but instead, we were allowed to use a 24*7 computer lab with good net connectivity. Classrooms are well-ventilated with computer and projector enabled. The legroom in desks will be perfect. You can find all the necessary textbooks, project ideas, magazines and journals in both the physical library and the e-library. The campus has necessary first-aid facilities along with 24*7 cab to visit any hospital which is about 1.5 km away from college. A decent place can be found for sports. If you are looking only for sports, then you need to visit the campus and conclude your judgement. You are allowed to participate in university matches, inter and intra-college competitions. Dedicated trainers available for sports. All the required sports materials and GYM facilities can be availed in the campus. Labs will be well-equipped with all the required materials and dedicated lab attendant for each lab. All lab hours can be extended after office hours on demand for project work. You can find innovation lab too in each department. A private canteen and a stationery are available in the campus. Apart from that, lunch will be very nice. You can avail a daily meal pass if needed (~Rs.50). Now, an ATM facility is also available on the campus. There were well-equipped seminar and conference halls available.

Faculty: The mechanical department has a faculty strength of around 50+ which included 4 PhD scholars and 8 pursuing PhD faculty members. They are very dedicated and helpful in all aspects. To get real-time industry exposure, more workshops are arranged which were handled by various industrial experts. Faculty members and students of our department have published many papers in national and international conferences/Journals. The major areas of research include heat transfer, solar energy, computational fluid dynamics, energy efficient technologies, ventilation analysis, vacuum cooling, robotics, and industrial safety engineering.

Good placements in 2023 and good infrastructure.

Placements: Up to 90% of students got placed. The highest package was about 11 LPA and the lowest was 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Zoho, Wipro, Accenture, Quest Global, Tech Mahindra, etc. About 60–70% of students got internships at Haritha Tech Serv. I took a leadership role while conducting the symposium.

Infrastructure: At Knowledge Institute of Technology, they provided a well and neat environment in the hostel as well as for the course. Free Wi-Fi was available for better network connectivity to enhance learning. Three shifts of good quality food and evening snacks were also provided. A well-equipped sports ground and courts were there to encourage extracurricular events.

Faculty: Faculty members were friendly while discussing. They encouraged us to do projects related to the subject and solutions for the engineering problems we faced in our society and the future. They also provided scheduled tests to improve the outcomes of students.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because it had vacancies to provide solutions for engineering problems, even though automation and AI occupied the industrial sector. Industry orientation programs and industry visits needed improvement. Symposiums, sports events, and project exhibitions, were conducted.

Placements: Almost 92% of students got placed in our course. The salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 8 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities like labs, games, food, a canteen, etc.

Faculty: Professor are helpful and knowledgeable. They organise industrial visits for students, which are very useful. They conduct tests and assignments. Semester exams are difficult.
