Overall best College for M.Sc. In the Clinical Psychology Course.
Placements: Our college offer has improved and was significantly better compared to last year, with approximately 60% of students placed so far. The speech was attended by more than 10 million people per year, while the average was 7 million people per year. Top companies like Fortis Healthcare, Apollo Hospital, VIMHANS, etc., hire our students. Many students received internships at prestigious companies, enabling them to enter the workforce prior to school. Higher level roles were Clinical Psychologist, Therapist, and so on.
Infrastructure: The facilities were excellent. Free Wi-Fi, awesome labs, round the clock library, and high technology classes. Hotels were also good. Hospitals were also good. College has its own hospital. We can organize informally by simply handing out a medical brochure. Some things were available to everyone. We have a very large team. Uniquely, each hostel has its own amenities. Overall, sporting goods were excellent.
Faculty: Each professor has earned two doctoral degrees and published numerous papers in reputed research organisations such as ACS. Each professor has a specific area of expertise and also offers internships and Ph.D. programs under their supervision. There was a good teacher to student ratio of 1 is to 30, allowing enough time for each student.

Overall, the best College for M.Sc. In Clinical Psychology Course.
Placements: The participation rate last year was 97%. The highest package offered was 9LPA, and the lowest package offered was 2LPA. The top recruiters were Black Rock, PhonePe, Tata Electronics, etc. 90% students in my batch got internships. The top roles offered were Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist, and possibly above.
Infrastructure: The college amenities were satisfactory. I would say the infrastructure was solid, might be larger, but it was not important. There were sufficient simulation and practical classrooms to serve all students. We possess a library, although it was not very well furnished. There was no Wi-Fi available for students on college campuses, meanwhile, the local mobile network was beneficial for companies like Airtel.
Faculty: The faculty possess a high level of knowledge and intelligence relatively to other college faculty members. They were extremely supportive of students and provided direction in their tasks. The curriculum was supplied by the board and was efficiently executed by the college. Faculty alleviates exam related stress. The majority of the students succeed in the exams.

Overall, it is the best college for the M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology course.
Placements: About 77% of students secured placements in our college, with a minimum salary of 13 LPA-15 LPA. The average salary is 22 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Lissun, Rocket Health, Amah, etc. About 60-70% of students get on-campus internships. The top roles offered are clinical psychologist, neuropsychologist, and so on.
Infrastructure: The college system is one of the best in the country. It is one of the oldest colleges in Asia, and thus has a rich history attached to it. There are excellent hostels and departments, making it one of the best colleges in the country. There are plenty of canteens and good food available in the chaos. I never faced any issues with infrastructure because the hostel supervisors are too good at their job.
Faculty: The educators have extensive experience. If we do not receive a response, we may contact them personally. Starting our studies at the beginning of the semester will make it much easier for us to pass the college exams. The exam is fairly good, therefore, it is dependent on how the other students in our cohort perform. The rate of passing is 70%.

About My M.Sc. Clinical Psychology.
Placements: You can choose any psychology area for an internship. I went to BMCRI-Victoria Hospital, which gave me immense exposure. This is a 40-day internship. Before placement, we have special sessions by the placement cell, such as resume preparation, how to attend interviews, etc. I was placed in Insight. After completing a few months, I went to my home state, Assam, and joined a convent school as a school psychologist. The package depends on many factors: company, roles, interview, etc. The salary is in the range of 3.6 to 7.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: I am from Assam, and the first time I saw the college, I became confused. It took some time to adjust to Bangalore. Most students are from Kerala. The college is best in terms of education, but the fest timing is too strict. The college has Wi-Fi in all parts of the building. The library is good but mostly crowded during exam time; there is no space. The college provides hostels for males and females. My hostel's name is St. Chavara. After 9 PM, there is a curfew in the hostel; no one is allowed to enter or exit. The food is mainly South Indian cuisine, with chicken and vegetables. It is totally different from my native food habits.
Faculty: Course structure is good, but management is bad. They are too ambitious with projects and the portion, so they are not able to finish anything on time. They treat you as a kid, or worse than a kid. Teachers and staff do not give any personal space to us. Teachers are Ph.D. holders but lack common sense. Even though it is autonomous, it comes under Bangalore University. In the first two semesters, we have core subjects, and in the third and fourth, some elective subjects are introduced. Aptitude is given first priority from the first semester itself.
Other: I am interested in psychology from the beginning. I read many reviews of KJC and was impressed with its placement, so I decided to join KJC.

Strict but good college.
Placements: Good placements, as the college started offering internships from the first semester itself. Many NGOs and foundations offered internships, such as Akshadaa Foundation, Mandhiram Hospital, and more. Adding internship experience to the resume strengthened it. Job placements began in the final semester, with many hospitals and therapy centers offering jobs, and some students even started their own clinics. Blossom Valley Therapy Centre was a notable recruiter offering psychologist roles. The salary for freshers was Rs. 30,000, and internships offer lower salaries.
Infrastructure: The college was situated in a pleasant environment with a lot of greenery. Most students were Malayali, and I did not like that the sports ground was away from the campus and that the college was located in a somewhat remote area, which made traveling an issue. There were four different libraries on campus, and each floor had a hall. Every classroom was equipped with a projector. The college did not run its own hostels, but there were plenty of PG and private hostels nearby. There were also many options for food in the messes.
Faculty: When it came to grooming and dress code, teachers were very strict. While they were good at teaching and well-qualified. The strictness could be overwhelming. The college conducted only one major event, Ethnic Day, where all activities were managed very strictly by the teachers. The course was well-structured with more hours dedicated to practical sessions. We had two practical sessions each day, which helped us become industry-ready. There were many exams each semester, both written and practical, but more emphasis was placed on written exams. Approximately 85% of students passed.
