Though the college holds a good name but the real facts are very disturbing.

Placements: For core branches like civil and mechanical, no companies came except for a few BPOs which was not even worth trying for. No help or interest is shown by the college. The placement cell is the least helpful and does not bother at all. Only students from computer and electrical branch get placements otherwise there is no scope. In 2016, only 17 made it to TCS and rest of the placements are not worth mentioning.

Infrastructure: The main building is fine while the rest is still under construction and as far as the civil department is concerned, it is still being constructed. Most of the equipment in the lab are outdated and do not work. Food in the canteen is also not very good though it's clean and hygienic but still not very good in terms of taste. There is no scope or room for games or sports as most of the free space is used as a dumping ground. The hostels are also not up to the mark. Half of it is still being constructed and the toilets are rarely cleaned up and most importantly, the washroom drains never work plus the doors are either missing or broken.

Faculty: Either no faculty or faculty with no experience is there and most importantly for core branches, no proper help is there and as they keep on changing it's a very difficult to manage all the technical subjects on your own and the course is as per BPUT. Though the college had the best of the lot but by 2013, all of the main teachers left and now only a handful of experienced teachers are there otherwise the fresh pass-outs are taken as teachers with zero experience and the number of classes taken are also very low. No industry exposure is provided, no seminars are held and because the teachers are very young, no experience knowledge is given.
