Placements: College placement is not too good due to high recession in IT sectors
This college offers a 3–4 LPA average package per year. Top recruiting companies are like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, teach Mahindra, etc. Internship from college depend on student but college provide 15-day virtual and offline internship
My course is a 4-year B.Teach in Artificial intelligence and data Science .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college is lush green campus with street light, playground and parking facility
We get here big central library, which provides all types of reference books for study. Classroom are decent not too high-class, and provide college. labs are also decent.
Faculty: Teachers give full support to students in study-related activities; they provide notes one at a time. In the way of teaching, teachers just focus on completing the syllabus any way. Semesters are 6 months long, but due to pandemic Corona, the semester was completed in just 3 months.
Other: I chose this course due to the hype of IT sectors and to provide packages to students, but it depends on the student how he/she is studying the curriculum. If he/she just focuses on life and how to compete and survive, then only they can crack those companies.

Good infrastructure and campus but dissatisfied with some faculty, placements aren't good .
Placements: In year 2022, 70% of the batch were placed. The highest package received was 8lpa, the average package received was 4 LPA and the lowest package received was 2 LPA. Companies like Tcs, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys were the top recruiting companies. Our college provides internship, out of which some are paid whereas some are free. Roles like Data analyst, Software developed, Data scientist, etc. Were offered.
Infrastructure: I would say our college is best in terms of infrastructure, we have neatly cleaned classrooms, a big library where we can get any book we want as well as quiet sitting and reading space. Our college also provides the facility of free Wi-Fi that gives speed upto 100mbps. There are a total of 3 canteens in our college and the food served is quite decent. There are always events going on in our college that you can participate such as sports, sports, singing, dancing, etc.
Faculty: Some teachers are decent in what they are provided to teach however some teachers don't complete the course and some wouldn't know what they are teaching. Also since our batch is of the time where we are bounded with RTMNU our curriculum is THE worst we are made to learn DSA in C programming which I think is quite outdated and should be changed but since it is Autonomous now there has been a change in the curriculum for good. The semester exams are quite easy to score a decent CGPA, you just need to focus on the monthly tests and during semester you wouldn't even need to sit for hours learning since you already have finished most of your syllabus during monthly exams.
Other: I chose CSE and I don't think I really need to specify why I chose it ;) later on I realised I could have studied the same course even if I took computer teach, IT or AIDS, so do not worry if you couldn't get into CSE just take either of the above branches and would serve the purpose. I wish I could go back to the 1st semester to have started my coding back then and also I regret the lack of fun I did whilst spending most of the time studying. There is scholarship for the sc st and ebc. Events are organised every now and then and during summer there is one big event which is quite fun. If you are coming to college for fun then the campus is really good to hangout with friends. There is also a play ground where you can play different sports.

Detailed review of Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Hingna, Nagpur.
Placements: I am pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from 2024 and currently in my first year. More than 50% of the students are placed in CSE. The average salary is 4 LPA, and the highest is 12 LPA. Many companies, like Infosys, etc., visit our campus. From the 3rd year, students start to get internships. You have to be in touch with the placement cell for that, this is what my senior said.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of PCE Nagpur is huge spread over 72 acres, but most of it is not developed, the maximum space it empty. College was established in 1992, so the infrastructure is old-fashioned. Classrooms are moderate. From 2nd year, every stream has a separate building. I live in Nagpur, and some of my friends say the hostel is average compared to the fees. In 2024, the fee was Rs. 65,000 per year.
Faculty: 90% of the faculty is very good, most of them have 25 years of experience and hold Ph.D. degrees. Like any other college, not all teachers are good, some of them are not good with behavior. They show a kind of attitude for students, you have to be silent and don't argue with them, that's my suggestion. Course curriculum is average. I don't understand why we have to study Physics and Chemistry, there are many things to learn in computer science. The level of the semester exams is moderate.
Other: To be honest, I got 87 percentile in MHT CET. So in this range, there are 2 colleges for the Computer Science stream, the first is St. Pallotti and Priyadarshini. After the research, I found that St. Pallotti does not have a Computer Science stream. If you have the above 90 percentile, you should try for Raisoni or YCCE in Nagpur. There should be improvements in the course, core subjects, and the midst should be removed. Many events, fests, and extracurricular activities take place in these colleges.

Placements: I am a student of Computer Science, having taken admission in 2022, with an expected graduation year of 2026. In the senior batch, consisting of 120 students, 67 were successfully placed through campus recruitment. The highest package offered in my course was 17 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA. Notable recruiters for my course include Persistence Systems, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in my course department are average. The college campus spans over 75 acres, providing access to high-speed Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, and aesthetically pleasing classrooms. The hostel facilities are satisfactory, offering clean and comfortable rooms, hygienic and tasty food, and adequate medical facilities. Additionally, various sports facilities, such as a basketball court, cricket pitch, and badminton field, are available for students.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are highly supportive and qualified. They excel in teaching and explaining complex problems in a practical manner. Moreover, they are always ready to clarify any concept. While the semester exams are conducted by RTMNU, for the newly admitted batch in 2023 and onwards, the college administers exams. In our course, sessional exams occur monthly, with pre-university exams held every three months.
Other: I chose this course due to my inherent interest in learning about computers and programming. The college organizes numerous events, averaging 2 to 3 per month, fostering a dynamic environment. Although there is generally a good crowd on campus, it diminishes significantly after the semester concludes. Various clubs, such as the Coding Club, IT Club, and Rotaract Club, enhance the student experience.

Good events are organised by the college.
Placements: Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. They can opt for internships from the sixth semester. The college avail students off campus and as well as on campus opportunities. Various companies like TCS, Cognizant, wipro, etc. visit here. Average package offered by MNCs is 350000 LPA. Almost 50% of students get placed.
Infrastructure: Quality of facilities in our hostel is good. As in morning we get healthy breakfast which is limited. Lunch and dinner are unlimited. Wi-Fi facility is provided by college in our hostel. Rooms are also acceptable which contains a bed and a study table. Medical facilities, guards are also present in our hostel. Sports facilities are limited.
Faculty: Faculty members are so helpful. Course curriculum is like college conduct exams in parts and because of our college is not autonomous we have to give exams by going on centres. Semester exams are somehow difficult. Almost 70% of students get passed in every semester. Exams like CAT unit tests and sessional exams are conducted by the college.
Other: College has various forums like rotaract, force, etc. at every department level. Every year college cultural fest ASHWMEDH which include singing, dancing and other cultural events. The college has free library facility.
