An amazing institute where the values of discipline are well inculcated in all.

Placements: The placement opportunities in the college are not that great as there is no placement cell. Few companies like Deloitte, Zomato visited the college in the past and hired a few students who are happily still working there. Most students opt for higher studies after completing their education here.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are very spacious, and the windows are huge. The library is very well stocked. There are many sports options to choose from like TT, carrom, badminton, etc. Even gym equipment is also available for all which can be used in leisure. The canteen food is hygienic and has a lot of variety.

Faculty: The graduation and post graduation courses are well taught, ahead in time. Courses are constantly being updated. Teachers are friendly and very helpful. They are a great guide. The student to faculty ratio is around 35:1 across all courses offered.

A testament to time and modernity.

Placements: Loreto College always tries to organize various useful career counseling sessions. Many students get placements from there despite it being a complete arts college. Additionally, they also help a lot by providing valuable internship opportunities for us.

Infrastructure: Even though the classrooms are old-school style, the environment, as well as the campus, is very clean and green. The canteen offers a variety of foods, ranging from idlis to chowmein. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available without cross-contamination. Additionally, we have two cats who stay on our campus, showing how well taken care of our college environment is. Both students and teachers feed them regularly.

Faculty: Professors try their best to complete the syllabus on time. They even take online classes to finish the syllabus. They are always available to answer any dumb questions you can think of. They also provide suggested references for books and their notes as a base for our university's answers. The history department especially gives topics for term papers three months before submission.

Other: We have our annual college fest, Samagam. Comprising more than 30 colleges. It includes guest performances, DJ nights, and events organized by 28 societies. We have a fully selected student council and various cells and committees like the research cell, anti-ragging committee, MUN, etc. We get a lot of branded sponsorships for our fests and year-round events. Specifically for history, we have our annual event, Historia, with debates, paper presentations, and many more activities.
