Absolutely dissatisfied with the management and placement cell.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA. Maximum time only hospital came to provide for roles in their labs as lab technicians. The placement cell of this college is not worth it. However, if we complete masters then we can get jobs with heavy packages easily. Internships are also not offered, and we will have to find it on our own.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good except for the fact that there's always construction going in and around the campus every time. Library is very interesting. There are many genres of books regarding our studies or fiction everything is available. Hostel is not worth living in. The food taste is awful, and on Sunday no evening snacks or dinner is provided. Sports and games are good in this college. Classrooms are wide and spacious along with projectors. Wi-Fi is very weak so we will depend on our own internet connection only.
Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. holders and are highly knowledgeable. The way they teach is amazing, and they are always there to clear our doubts and help us. The course curriculum is relevant to some extent, but it focuses less on practical knowledge. Semester exams are somewhat difficult depending upon the question paper set by the university. 98% of students pass every semester from our batch.
Other: After Covid 19 pandemic, I chose to become a biotechnologist because there is an incredible demand for them. I wish they could focus more on practical learning as compared to classroom theoretical learning. Very less events are held. Cultural event is held in September and a micro fest by the microbiology department in October. Some international conferences are held at this college. Sports week is conducted once a year. Even the surroundings around the campus are quite fun.

Really good infrastructure with good teaching staffs and good placements.
Placements: Our college provides 80–85% placement. The highest salary package provided by our college was 3–4 LPA, and the lowest salary package provided by our college is 1–1.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course include Biocon, Camila Health Care, Cipla, etc. 40% of students got internship from our course in companies like Biocon, Cipla, etc. Top roles like medical writers, biochemists, and pharmacist are offered in our course .
Infrastructure: The college offer facilities like library, projector in classrooms, e-library, well-equipped laboratories, Wi-Fi, etc. The hostel offers facilities like twice-a-day hot water service, both AC and non-AC rooms with single bedrooms, double and triple-sharing bedrooms, and a study room with a 24/7 Wi-Fi connection. The quality of the food is great. The hostel has complete South Indian dishes from great chefs and it is also budget-friendly. Medical facilities, like 24/7 ambulances and doctors, are available on campus. Sports like basketball court, badminton court, volleyball court, football and cricket ground are also available on the campus.
Faculty: The teachers at our college are very helpful. They are all either doctorates or M.Sc. holders in their respective fields. They teach us via PPT and with many live examples. Also, we have many educational trips that are organized by our college for the benefit of our studies. This course makes the student ready for the industry, internships and placements. The semester exams are not difficult if you study from the beginning of the semester and if your concepts are clear.
Other: I chose this course because I have keen interests in the research field. There is a high scope for this course in today's time. The campus is very good, with good infrastructure and teaching staff. Scholarships are also available at our college for students who scored 90% or above in their exams.

Our college was an average college.
Placements: Our college provided fewer placements for our course because of the pandemic. It should provide internships for students to gain experience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of classrooms was good in our college. Wi-Fi and other services like newspapers for 1st-year students were available. Wi-Fi and projectors were working. It was easy for hostel students to reach out to stores.
Faculty: The exam schedule was hectic for students. Faculty members were not supportive. The exam timetable provided by BCU was very quick. The past percentage for semester examinations was 35%. Semester exams will be easy if teachers teach properly.
Other: Our college fee was Rs.300000 per year.

A good college environment with real experience of life.
Placements: Placements are based on how you perform and how talented you are. Some companies have tied up with the institution. With best job opportunities, the internships from our course are comparatively less because we need master knowledge to handle the things.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good with all the facilities. Hostel is also good but there is a little difficulty in food accommodation. Taste is not up to mark in hostel. There is Wi-Fi facility for 24 hours. CCTV cameras work well.
Faculty: Best faculty members teach us. They all are Masters degree holders with a lot of knowledge. They clarify all our doubts. They help a lot during exams. Minimum passing marks required are 28 out of 70. The theory stuff does not make students industry ready. We need practical experience.

It is a better college for B.Sc. aspirants.
Placements: The minimum package offered is around 1.5 LPA, and there is no proper message about the placements on our campus. There is no opportunity for internships from the college. Core placements for B.Sc. students are less. Fetching placements is difficult.
Infrastructure: The library has a huge collection of books. Lab instruments are not up to the mark. There is no Wi-Fi for students. We are day scholars, so there is no proper information about the hostel. NCC cadets will have good facilities in this college, and you may enjoy.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Many of them are student-friendly, so there will be a good conversation about all activities. Semester exams are a bit difficult, but there will be ample time to study, and you will get 1 week of study holidays.
Other: Every day, one or the other event will be going on in the department. You can find many auditoriums in this college. The college fest is held for 3 days, and it provides a full-fledged enjoyment for sure.

I'm satisfied with the education and infrastructure of our college, except placements.
Placements: There are only 2-3 companies that have visited to intake B.Sc. graduates. More than 10 people had opted to work, and the remaining people went for PG. The average salary package is around 2.5 to 3 LPA. It is very hard to get internships for B.Sc. people.
Infrastructure: Our college has all the well-kind of infrastructure, with nice labs, classrooms, and a library. Even though Wi-Fi mail and passwords are provided to students, it occasionally works. Our hostel is run by private people, has good rooms, and no Wi-Fi will be provided. The food is most favoured by South Indians and even some North Indian dishes are made, but it doesn't matter since everyone can enjoy food, except on weekends. We had a shuttle court where we could burn off some calories.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are PhD holders. The teaching was very good and they were more friendly towards students. Our course is only a foundation and may be useful for industry; after B.Sc., one must pursue an M.Sc., which is a bridge course to a PhD. Because it is not an autonomous college, the question papers are provided by Bengaluru Central University, and students who are good at studies don't mind the difficulty of the paper. The pass percentage of our college is 35% above.
Other: I come from a science background, so I had limited options and I have taken this course in a flow. Our course revolves around microorganisms and how they affect/help humans. Our college hosts events and festivals with large crowds. We had a canteen with basic varieties of foods, and the surroundings were equipped with plants and a peaceful environment.

Our college provides good infrastructure, faculty members, and a beautiful campus.
Placements: There are no efforts by the college to either send us to good internships or bring us to better companies for placements. The basic jobs are offered to the B.Sc. candidates in fields other than their own. It offers an average salary package of 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. The library is good, well-maintained, and has all the required books. There is no Wi-Fi connectivity. There are good hostel facilities. Sports are totally zero. For sake, we have a so-called sports room. They offer NSS and NCC. The canteen is good.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good. They know how to clarify and give knowledge. There is not even a single industrial visit. Moreover, every faculty member has their own way of teaching but is not very effective in a hybrid mode of teaching. Many faculty members have completed their Ph.D.s and are providing better quality education.
Other: Our college organises a 3-day fest and multiple competitions will be held. Scholarship availability is comparably lower.
