The college is worth it if you are aiming for the degree only, so don’t expect much.
Placements: Less than 50 percent of students in our course were placed. While I am not fully aware of the highest or lowest package offered, I applied for a position offering a package of 7 LPA for the role of relationship manager at ICICI Bank. The major recruiters for our course include Accenture, Wipro and to some extent Genpact. Less than 30 percent of students secured internships. While specific company details are limited internship opportunities are available in the corporate sector. Most positions available revolved around sales and marketing which aligns with the general scope of our curriculum.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure is fine but there is no hostel or common room for boys. Only a girls hostel and girls common room are available. While the college provides Wi-Fi connectivity its speed and consistency can vary across different areas on campus. Most classrooms are well maintained, spacious and equipped with projectors and whiteboards ensuring a comfortable learning environment. Library is one of the strongest assets of the college, offering a wide collection of books related to economics, English literature and General studies.
Faculty: If I talk about my department, which is Economics, I would say that it has the best faculty of Maharaja Agrasen College. I can say that the best teachers and professors are from the Department of Economics, whether it’s about academics or help. Maharaja Agrasen College offers a balanced academic environment with a strong focus on theoretical learning, complemented by extracurricular opportunities. As a student of the B.A. Programme with an English + Economics combination, I have had a mixed experience in terms of placements and internships.
Other: I opted for the B.A. Programme with Economics as a major because it offers a balance between analytical thinking and creativity. Economics provides a structured understanding of financial systems, market trends, and global economic developments.

Overall a good college.
Placements: Our college has an active placement cell that works with students to inform them about internship and placement opportunities. By the end of our second year, we have already received some pre-placement offers from Accenture, Wipro, Fincart, etc., with an average starting salary package of around 4-6 LPA. We also have an entrepreneurship cell. The role offered by Wipro was for the department of Business Finance, EZ offered a role for Market Research Associate at 4 LPA, and Propacity offered a role as Sales Executive. Overall, the placements are on the average side, with a minimal starting salary, but this is typical for B.A. course students after graduation.
Infrastructure: We have active Wi-Fi available for all students across the entire college campus. The library is well air-conditioned and stocked with essential and important books. The infrastructure of the college and classrooms is above average compared to many other well-known colleges in DU. The greenery on the college campus and around the ground is well maintained. Hostel: I am currently the girls' hostel president. We have 58 beds in total, with 2 girls per room. Each room is equipped with 2 separate single beds, 2 chairs, 2 study tables, 2 cupboards, 2 wall racks, and a balcony with a nice view of the college and ground. There is a pantry on each of the 3 floors, which includes a sink, microwave, induction stove, washing machine, refrigerator, and water filter with a water cooler. Each floor has 2 geysers. Three aides are assigned to each floor to clean the washrooms and rooms every morning. The mess is air-conditioned with proper seating arrangements. We get breakfast (8:00-9:00), lunch (12:30-2:00), snacks (5:00-6:00), and dinner (8:00-9:00). The mess menu is decided by the girls themselves. We also have an air-conditioned common room with a projector for occasional movie nights.
Faculty: We have some highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful teaching staff who are always available for students. However, some teachers are not very concerned about their students and may cancel classes after students arrive. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is provided by the University of Delhi, so it is very relevant and helps make students industry-ready. The semester exams are also set by the University and are considered above average. The pass percentage is 80-90%. I lived in the hostel for one year but later moved out. The hostel was very bad, and the food quality was poor.
Other: Our college has the National Cadets Corps for girls, which is very beneficial and not available in many colleges. Active societies and departmental groups participate in and organize many events. We have annual fests such as Yuvaan, Freshers Prarambh, and various other events and fests.

The most important thing is that our college encourages the students in every field.
Placements: In our college, upto 98% of students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered this year is 10 LPA from EEE and the average salary pacakge offered is 6 LPA. In placements, our college always tops 1st position. I think very well developing skills are provided to students.
Infrastructure: In our college, facilities like digital learning with Wi-Fi and a library are available. The lab equipments are very good. We have both indoor and outdoor games played on campus. The latest Arduino is well maintained. Hostel management is very well designed and provided. The infrastructure is simply amazing. Many of the old buildings of some departments and hostels seem like a marvel of civil engineering. We have all the necessary facilities at our disposal be it spacious and big classes, with proper air-conditioning and ventilation, the hostels are super neat and clean with a touch of flora and fauna that gets you mesmerized each time you view it. We have super fast internet access for free. The canteens and cafeterias serve fresh and hygienic food.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college are very friendly.
Other: Having spent many years at this place, I guarantee that you'll spend the best time of your life here. The people you'll meet here, the education that you'll get, and the overall experience that you'll take with you will become some of your best memories in time. Remember the words that "the clouds rising up from here, will rain down on the whole world". Most important thing is that our college encourages students in every field like education, clubs like sums, kruti club, and tekruthi clubs. These are run by students themselves.

Review of Maharaja Agrasen College, University of Delhi.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college, but few companies visit the college for placements. BA students do not get placement easily. In our batch, none of the students get placed. None of the companies visit our college due to the pandemic situation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. All the facilities are available in college. The library is available in college, and it is the best place where one can study peacefully. Classrooms are huge in our college. I am not sure about the hostel facility, and in our college, the hostel is available for girls only.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. They always help their students no matter what. Some teachers also take extra classes. Exams are semester-based, and it is not very difficult to clear exams. The pass percentage is normal, and it is 33%.
Other: I have chosen this course because we study a variety of subjects in the BA course. One thing I wish would be better in our course is placement opportunities. Many events and fests are organised by the students union.

Good infrastructure and helpful teachers.
Placements: No one from our batch was placed due to pandemic situation. Also if I talk about past batches - only 2,3 companies visited the college for placement and very few people got the placement also B.A. students doesn't get the placement easily as the companies recruit the students from technical background.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good, classrooms are well maintained. Medical room, canteen is also available in college but the food quality of canteen is not as good as one expects also the food of canteen is quite expensive and the quantity of food is also less.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Specially the teachers of English department are very helpful. They are ready to help students every time, even some of my teachers used to take extra classes few days before the exam. And if I talk about the pass percentage so it's normal-33%. .

This is the best off-campus college for students.
Placements: In this college, there is a lot of placements opportunities for students. However, the college has a placements cell that actively works on finding great internships for students from all the departments. One has to be proactive with placements and internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great, and off-campus is also great. It has a good library, laboratory, and auditorium are in great condition. This college has outdone itself in the infrastructure part. It has medical facilities, a gym, football, and a kabaddi team. The canteen food is also average in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members are great in this college. Teachers are interactive, understanding, and friendly. They are highly qualified and experienced as well. Semester exams are conducted in the college and are not tough to pass. Students have to pass both in the internals and externals separately and 36% is the passing percentage.
Other: This college has a great zeal for extracurricular activities. It has cleanliness drives, sports days, debates, and a lot of programs to encourage students to get in touch with their creative sides. The college has a lot of societies, and it is a great place to pursue activities apart from academics.

Our college is good at teaching, but it is not that good at conducting any activity or fest.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed in our course. In our course, the salary offered is Rs. 11,000 per month. Almost 20% of the students got an internship. A few students are applying for internships as the internship fee is high.
Infrastructure: There are a good and clean library, excellent staff members, air-conditioner facility, medical facility and sports and games facilities. Wi-Fi is not given, and the canteen is the worst. They don't conduct a proper freshers party, and apart from this, a fest is also not conducted.
Faculty: Teachers and all staff members are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They always help their students. Students can call teachers at any time without any hesitation. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: It is an off-campus college. Hence there is not much crowd, and the only college that comes in its neighbourhood is Shaheed Rajguru College.

Overall, I would suggest students take admission in this college.
Placements: Placements here are pretty good, and top companies like EY, etc., visit our college for placements. At least 50% of the students got an internship from here. Our college has coordinated with the best companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Daksh, etc., for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best infrastructure all over the university. It has well-equipped ICT labs, library, girls' common room, auditorium, conference room, playground, table tennis court, badminton court, basketball court, nursery with a variety of Reese's and plants, gym, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely knowledgeable and the best. They are graduated from famous colleges like SRCC, Delhi School of Economics, etc. Teaching quality is the best with special focus on every student. BA programme involves both theoretical as well as practical knowledge, and it makes students ready for the industry needs.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is the best course for commerce students. Through this, we get in-depth knowledge about commerce.
