College with good vibe of engineering life and better future .

Placements: Placements are okay. Almost every student will be placed for a job, but the company's hiring process is not localized, and the salary is a little bit low. Recruitment companies are Shream Steel, Kharagpur Steel Plant, Wipro, Reshma Steel Plant, and many more. The highest package is INR 30 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college is very good at the classroom, library, and lab. Students will get the vibe of a good environment when studying at an engineering college. The hostel has a good Wi-Fi connection, and the food is healthy and tasty at the same time. The campus has its own playground to enjoy.

Faculty: The faculty are very helpful and excel at their jobs; they are qualified and knowledgeable. The semester exams are pretty good, and the pass percentage is above 40%. The faculty will make you industry-ready in no time. The college does projects every semester for students.

Other: The college has events to encourage students, sports, and fests. The canteens are also very good.

The infrastructure of our college is fantastic.

Placements: 80% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 6 to 7 LPA. The lowest package is 2-3 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. Top roles offered in my course are software developer, web developer etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available 24 hours. Labs, classrooms, and library are good. Good quality facilities are available in our hostel. Good quality food is available in the mess and canteen. Good medical facilities and sports and games are available.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. We get hands-on experience in the industry. We also get certified and become job-ready. It is difficult to pass the exams. 50% is the pass percentage.

Other: Digital technology, artificial intelligence and data science are integral and essential parts of the 21st century. Mechanical engineering is also offered here. I wish it would be better to improve my course. Fests, fresher's and farewell parties are conducted here.

I am satisfied with faculty, good placements in 2019, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: This year, 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA in mechanical engineering. TCS, BYJU's, etc., came here. 40% of students got internships in Tata Metalics. Junior engineer is the role offered in mechanical engineering department.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided by our college are good. Labs are well-equipped. The classrooms are clean. A central library is available. I don't know about our hostel because we never take a hostel room now because of covid. We completed our 1st year online.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well educated and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good in online mode. They provided notes every day about the topics they taught us. The course curriculum is relevant. Our responsible teachers make us industry-ready. The exams are not so difficult because the semester exams are conducted in online mode. 100% is the pass percentage.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I love maths and mechanics. Mechanics and drawing are the best things about my course. Thermodynamics can be improved in my course. I don't know about events, fests, campus crowd, etc., because we have online classes.

Placements: Placements are quite good at this college, and approximately 85% to 90% of the students qualified in placements. The average salary package offered in our course is about 3.66 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are SISCO, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more. Almost 100% of the students get internships from our course in some of the reputed companies.

Infrastructure: Mechanical engineering is not only the best department of our college but also in West Bengal. Our department has the best labs and good enough equipment. Our department is situated very near to nature where you can enjoy your study with a fresh mind. I am a day scholar, so I don't know much about hostels. The canteen is quite decent, and the library is quite huge and has an immense number of books and journals. The reading room is well spacious and is equipped with an online library.

Faculty: In our department, teachers are highly professional and kindhearted. They not only teach us but also create a friendly atmosphere which helps us to feel comfortable. They not only deal with our studies but also help us to be confident. They also teach us how to adapt to industries and how to handle the problems there.

Overall, my experience is excellent.

Placements: Placements are good in our college, and most of our seniors got placed in various companies. Students can go for internships from our college, and we also can go for training after the 6th semester. Every year well-known companies visit here and hire students.

Infrastructure: The campus is lush green, and the infrastructure is also very good. Classrooms are well-furnished, and labs are very good and installed with the latest equipment. The library is good and contains a huge number of books. Our college has a sports centre and an auditorium, and they also provide good Wi-Fi connection and medical facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members here are very good and provide important insights to make us ready for the corporate world. They are very good in their fields, and they have rich industry experience. They are very good to make everything understandable, and most of us learn in lectures also.

MIT Bishnupur has a good Infrastructure, environment and also makes a student perfect.

Placements: The placements of this institution are too good. The top recruiting companies like TCS, Mahindra, Wipro recruited many students of this institution in previous years. There are 70-80% students and the previous year 100% of students from ME dept got an internship in companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institution is very good. The infrastructure of hostels and college is too good. The ATM facility is also available there. All-time free Wi-Fi is also there. The standard of books in our library is also high. The medical facilities are also there. I must say each and every facility is provided by the college management.

Faculty: The faculty members of the institution are very much helpful and always ready to solve the problems of every student. The faculty members are very frank and they provide a better learning environment to the students and also provide a required platform to explore themselves. The teaching quality is very good. I am satisfied because of good hostel life, a good relationship with teachers, etc.

Placements: In the year 2018, the status of placement was average. Very few companies came for recruitment, and one of those company was fake. They did not call any student after final exams who cracked interviews. However, our teachers helped us with this, and they arranged several placements for students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and location of our college are very good. Area and condition of all classrooms are very good. They have bus facility for local day scholars, and Wi-Fi is also available on the college campus. They have separate hostel for different batches and also a separate hostel for ladies. They provide 24x7 basis ambulance service, and there is also a large playground on hostel premises. Quality is hostel food is very poor.

Faculty: All the teachers here are very good and qualified. They are very helpful and friendly. All the lab assistants in our college are very good. They teach us properly and very practically. They are very strict about teaching, and I like them very much.

Other: Our college celebrates all the cultural programmes like Saraswati Puja, Viswakarma Puja, Teacher's day, fests, etc. They also arrange many competitive events and exhibition. Overall, campus life is very attractive.

Overall I want to say everything is average here only the hostel life is awesome.

Placements: 1. Around 50% students placed. 2. The highest salary is around 16000 the lowest salary around 10000. 3. Websol, polybond, & Motherson etc are the major recruiters. 4. Trainee engineer is the role offered. 5. The highest around 250000. the lowest around 200000. 6. Around 75% got internship in DVC, Sail Barnpur, Carriage repair workshop etc.

Infrastructure: 1. The department is providing state of art infrastructure in all laboratories and classes. The experienced and competent faculty members and technical support staff of this department are relentlessly exerting themselves for imparting updated knowledge to the students. 2. And now the time to say about the hostel, in one word we can say it was awesome. There is a gym, playground, chilled drinking water, 24-hour power supply & the canteen staffs are really good they used to call us daily before breakfast, lunch and dinner. I miss my hostel life.

Faculty: 1. Yes the teachers are really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, they used to take extra class also, they always try to put their 100% to make the bright future of the students. 2. Yes the course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry ready.

Other: 1. I choose the course because mechanical engineering is one of the highly demanded and the highest ranked course in the engineering sector and the best thing is from mechanical engineering you can go for automobile sector also. 2. Everything is okay but I want to say if every college try to provide opportunity to their students to do internship or training or any type of course which will expertise them in their field that should be better.
