The college is very good .
Placements: Many students got placed. Currently, I am in 2nd year, so I don't have knowledge about the highest and the lowest package. Infosys is the top recruiting company for the course. Only those students who have confidence and capability got placed. I don't know the exact proportion. Roles depend on your course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities available in our department include Wi-Fi, but sometimes it doesn't work properly. Labs are also available, but I don't know much about them because I am in the B.Com. Department. Classrooms are properly maintained but not air-conditioned. The library is perfectly maintained. Many facilities are available in the hostel, but the rooms are small. The food in the mess is good, and the canteen is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Currently, I am doing B.Com., and I find that this course is curriculum-relevant. Yes, it definitely makes students ready. The study of my subject gives me information about all the practicality in the business course.

Overall the college is good.
Placements: The placements are not given much by the college. The placement cell does manage to organize some meetings and seminars for students, but we cannot wholly depend on college placements for our future job scope. I haven't heard of any recruitment company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average as relatively to it being of a government institution. The classes do not have air conditioning. Also, the hostel infrastructure is not good as the rooms are very small, and the food of the mess of the hostel is average only.
Faculty: The faculty and the staff members of the college are reasonably qualified, and they are highly knowledgeable. The majority of the teaching pattern is good and organized. Also, regular assignments and presentations are assigned to students for their subjective improvement.

A good college with a safe environment for everyone.
Placements: A lot of students got internships and placements through the college in sales and marketing job roles in companies like Accenture. Roles in marketing, sales, and. They were offered decent pay, and the recruitment process was easy and smooth. The teachers helped with placements.
Infrastructure: The classes are spacious and airy, have good benches for back support, and have enough light with natural light plus tubelights in the class. The infrastructure is very nice and well maintained. There are a lot of trees and plants in the camps.  The canteen and cafeteria are also nice, with ample food options.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and are ready to help, going out of their way. They pay attention to each and every student and simplify each topic. The teaching quality is very nice, and the curriculum is also apt and updated. The pass percentage is 33%; there are 6 semesters in the course with moderate difficulty.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I don't know exactly but around I guess 50% students were placed in our course The highest package was 9 lakh p. a. , the lowest was 3 lakh p. a. and average was around 4.5 lakh p. a. Wipro was the top recruiting company for our course. 60% internship. Personal assistant.
Infrastructure: Well I didn't went to the hostel but from what I have heard from my friends that it's average not so good nor too bad. The washrooms were clean that's a plus point as many hostel don't have clean washrooms. Moreover the food served was also good.
Faculty: The exams were little bit tough but interesting Basically, they the teachers was not focusing just on cramming they wanted the students to understand the concept.

I am satisfied with the faculty members and course provided by the college.
Placements: The course offers roles like teaching, assistant manager and others. In our batch, approximately 30% of the students got placed from college. The college did justice to students with good calibre.
Infrastructure: We had good facilities like labs, classrooms, and library. The library provides you with all kinds of study material. The canteen was the best part of this college. The hostel had a clean and tidy mess. Students can enjoy the posh area of sector 36 Chandigarh.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful in every way they can. They guided students for their future on what to opt for and encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities. They also helped students to choose a foreign country if they want to go abroad. They were also helpful in building the SOP.

Satisfied because of faculty and course knowledge with good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The college doesn't provide much placements to the graduates. Only a few are selected. Companies that come for placements are Deloitte, EY, ICICI Bank, Life Insurance, etc. The highest package is being 9 lacs, average being 5 lacs and the lowest being 2 lacs. Internships are not offered from college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite nice. Wi-Fi is there but not for students use because cell phone not allowed. Labs and classrooms are okay but library is quite good. There are all kind of sports and great canteen with all kinds of food and medical care is also great.
Faculty: Teachers are nice and helpful during the whole course. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is okay. Teachers are quite strict too. The curriculum offered is from Punjab University so it does make students industry ready.
Other: I chose the course because of its great value. Best thing about my course are the great subjects offered in it. Events are organised occasionally like our personal college fest named - Meraki. Campus crowd is really nice and surroundings are beautiful. Extracurricular activities are also done during the course for more development.

The college experience was not that good as there were fewer opportunities in case of placements.
Placements: When we were in our last year, no job fest and no placements were conducted. None of the companies visits our college during my tenure. When we were in the 1st year, job fest was conducted. But the companies that visit our campus were mostly related to banks that offered sales profiles.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were not that good, and benches were not comfortable. The college has a proper environment. The library was good, and all the latest book was available in the library. There were jammers in the college. There was no Wi-Fi facility in the college. The food was good in college, especially of Nescafe.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful and fully supportive. We didn't get any industry exposure. The course curriculum was useful, but the teaching method should need to be improved. There was no practical knowledge provided of the concerned subject which is essential for the future.

MCM follows a holistic approach to education.
Placements: Placement opportunities provided in our college were very less. Only E&Y visited the campus to offer placements for B.Com graduates. There were no companies visiting the campus for placements, and hence, no packages are offered to students. The college doesn't have a placement cell, and only the teachers handled the placement process.
Infrastructure: The college has one main canteen, and three booths namely a juice bar, nestle counter and chat corner. There is no Wi-Fi facility on the campus. The hostel has good infrastructure and sufficient rooms for students who opt for on-campus facilities. The college has computer labs. An auditorium is available with the housing capacity of around 550-650 members, and it is fully air-conditioned. The campus has two huge grounds which have a basketball court and a mountaineering ridge. There is also an open auditorium in the college.
Faculty: All the teachers who teach in our college have qualified UGC. They speak fluent English and also use the English language to teach. The teaching methods involved classroom teaching, case studies and practicals. The student to faculty ratio was 45:1. We were also taken to an industrial visit once in a year, where we got hands-on experience. The course curriculum was very relevant. B.Com offers the subjects which are very relevant to the corporate world.
Other: Each department has its separate fests, and the college has one main annual fest called Meraki which gathers a huge footfall. Each festival is celebrated with great pomp and show.
