PGDM is the flagship course of N. L. Dalmia offered in three specialisations. The institute provides real-time corporate and professional experience through numerous guest lectures, live workshops, projects, and internships to MBA students. After completing graduation from N. L. Dalmia, students are offered jobs in top companies. 

N. L. Dalmia offers two-year PGDM course equivalent to MBA course. The full-time PGDM course comprises six semesters (three semesters per year). PGDM at N. L. Dalmia is available scross various specialisations, namely Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Business Analytics.These are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. Admission to PGDM course is entrance-based. The Institute accepts national or state-level entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MH-CET, MAT, ATMA for providing admission to PGDM course. Scholarships are provided to academically exceptional and meritorious students at N. L. Dalmia.  

Candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate to apply for N. L. Dalmia PGDM programme. Final-year students may also apply but they must graduate before securing admission. N. L. Dalmia admission for PGDM are currently open. Candidates need to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 2,000 for any one PGDM specialisation. and INR 3,000 for any two PGDM specialisation. Candidates are offered admission to PGDM courses based on XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ MAT/ MAH CET/ GMAT scores followed by group discussion and personal interview round.

NL Dalmia conducts admission to MBA course. Based on their scores in CMAT exam, the candidates will be able to apply for the MBA courses. The NL Dalmia MBA cutoff 2025 is yet to be released. Meanwhile, the NL Dalmia cutoff 2024 for the General AI category candidates stood at 85. Similarly, in 2023, the percentile stood the same as that of 2024.
