You can join the college for just a degree but do not expect more than this.

Placements: From the previous batches, most of the students were placed in medical coding companies, with the exception of those who found placements in hospitals or laboratories on their own. A mandatory 14-day internship is to be done in the 4th semester, for which credit is awarded. So far, no food industries or healthcare industries have been brought to the college placement drive. Top roles after the course are nutritionist, health coach, food inspector, quality analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities for our courses include a food lab and a chemical analysis lab. Cleanliness could be improved; the food lab lacks hygiene. There are 2-3 canteens available inside the campus with average food. We have a huge library where a limited number of books are available for our courses. Classrooms are not very advanced.

Faculty: The teaching quality was average to below average. The curriculum could be improved when compared to other institutions offering the same course. Semester exams are not difficult if you know the subject well enough to pass. However, the curriculum will not guarantee you a job at any workplace.

Other: The best thing about the course is that if you're keenly interested in it, it will benefit your own lifestyle. Proper classes should be imparted. The college events are not exceptional but can be enjoyable if you catch the vibe. The management could be improved. The campus maintenance is really good with lots of greenery around.

Our college provides good placements.

Placements: More than 90% of students get placed in our course. The high salary packages are offered in our course. Top MNCs are recruiting students of our course. More than 85% of students get internships in our course in various companies. All the students are getting placed.

Infrastructure: There are various facilities for our course. Free Wi-Fi is available on campus. A food lab, a chemical lab, and a diabetic lab are available in our department. There are spacious classrooms with smart boards and wide blackboards. Libraries are available on the top and ground floors.

Faculty: Teachers in our department are helpful to students in several ways. They are highly qualified. They have good knowledge. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry ready.

Other: I chose this course because I loved to cook and because of my interest to study. It is a great course in food science and nutrition. Students can learn various things about food that are essential in our life.

It is a very good college with a good environment.

Placements: Every student got a chance of placement in our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 1 LPA - 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Infosys, Byjus, Nestle, and some private companies. Even students with arrears can get placed in this college. Many private and IT companies visit our college for recruitment.

Infrastructure: The laboratory was well-equipped. It also provided a separate chemical laboratory for students. Classrooms were spacious with natural lights. Hostels were good and spacious with attached restrooms. Washing machines were provided for students to wash their clothes. North and South Indian food items were provided in this college. Buses were also provided for day scholar students.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful to students. They were well-qualified, and had good knowledge. Semester exams were not easy for students Around 50% was the pass percentage. Practical and theoretical knowledge provided was very interesting.

Other: I love food & I wanted to join this kind of different course, so I choose B.Sc. Food science and nutrition. The college provides a lot of scholarships like single parent scholarship, mark based scholarship, siblings scholarship, special scholarship, ST, SC scholarship, etc. Many events are conducted . The campus is located near Kerala and Tamil Nadu board. But everyone was friendly they use to celebrate festivals of both the states.
