Poor faculty, zero placements, bad management. I wasted my 4 years there.

Placements: The institution is full of frauds. Over 30 companies came for placements and many got selected but the call letters never came. They display huge banners saying 1500+ students were placed but the reality is no one gets a job. I personally was selected in 2 companies but these organizations never call you or find some excuses to reject you. This is not just my experience but of all graduates from Nehru group of institutions. The reality is that there is no one who gets placed from Nehru colleges.

Infrastructure: Forget Wi-Fi, there is no internet in some computer labs even. The classrooms are very poorly maintained. Very uncomfortable to sit for 8 hours a day, especially during the summer when the temperature gets over 40. There is only a small ground (if you can call it a ground ) where most of the sports activities take place. A basketball ground is probably the only thing I consider as a ground. There is no medical facility in the college. If someone gets ill or some accident happens on campus, one has to take a private auto from the nearby stand and pay from their own pocket. The hostel food is not good. But there is a big concern about the water facility in the hostel. Sometimes one has to go to classes without taking a bath.

Faculty: The college is like a jail. Students are treated as criminals. None of the faculty members are helpful and if someone tries to be nice to the students, they are isolated in the department and warned about the same. The HOD of CSE dept doesn't even own a doctorate degree. She has some political connections and got the position. The language they use towards students is unparliamentary. The only knowledge they have is about the syllabus and possible university questions. If you ask a doubt, sweat .you can sesweat.

Other: I wasted my dad's money joining this college. I learned nothing about the subject. I did not get a job via campus (even though in their record I got placed in 2 companies). In my 4 years there, I saw 5 suicides and each of them was because of the way management treated the students.

Other: My College is located in Ibhrahimpatnam locality. Faculty is good. Every year Cricket tournaments are been conducted in my college where all the colleges participate in the event. The ground has an excellent pitch which is suitable to play cricket and also for other games .My College has been awarded as the best Cricket ground in that locality.
