For B.Tech admission, NSIT has very high cut-offs based on JEE Main rankings.Cutoffs for General category students typically fall below rank 2000, requiring a JEE Main score of 99+ percentile.
The cut-off ranks for reserved SC, ST, and OBC categories are less than 10,000, necessitating a 95+ percentile.
Therefore, earning 60% on your 12th board exam is insufficient. You need to have a very high JEE Main rank.

Candidates who are interested in taking admission to the BTech programme at NSIT must take the JEE-Main exam. The JEE-Main exam is held twice a year.
