NSUT: Still a good college.

Placements: Despite the global recession, Nsut's biotech placements have shown encouraging trends. Key highlights include an average package of 10 LPA, a highest package of 20 LPA, and a lowest of 7 LPA. While the percentage of placed students was slightly affected by the economic downturn, the placement drive was still a notable success.

Infrastructure: NSUT's campus is undergoing significant improvements, with new infrastructure being added rapidly. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned, equipped with smart boards, and have reliable Wi-Fi. The library is well-stocked and offers a peaceful study environment. However, the hostel infrastructure still needs attention. The sports complex is impressive, with various cricket and football grounds.

You have to maintain attendance.

Placements: The maximum number of students got placed and the average package is around INR 19 lacs in NSUT, which is better than DTU. Bio-Tech average package is around INR 8.5 lacs and Mechanical is around INR 13 lacs. And you have lot of opportunity for internship which you can think of like Google, Microsoft, DRDO, etc. You have performed well in your academics.

Infrastructure: After getting admission, you will like it. But you will find that the sports facility is there but not maintained like DTU. There are only 4–5 buildings where you have to always roam around. If you are a first-year student, then your classes will be in academic block.

Faculty: The faculty is very good and they treat students very well. You have to give 1 CT, midterm, and end term in each semester. Also, lab files and viva in lab work from 1st year only. Most students raise concerns about not upgrading the curriculum for long so now they change and add new subjects every year.

Review of Netaji Subhas University of Technology.

Placements: In our college, almost 72% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 27 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10.9 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Google, Microsoft, Atlassian, Sprinklr, etc., visit our campus. Almost all students get internships at Urverdure Private Limited. The top role offered is a product manager.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities and infrastructure. Air-conditioners are available in labs and classrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The quality of the food in the hostel is delicious. Medical facilities are available. There are two canteens.

Faculty: Our teachers are cooperative and supportive. They are well-qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum can be quite demanding, but it plays a crucial role in enhancing our understanding. Many students secure placements and successfully clear the GATE exam. The pass percentage is 100%.

Other: I chose this course because of the increased scope of biotechnology. The best thing about this course is that it allows for personal growth in various areas, like sports and skills. Our college celebrates a fest called Moksha, which is one of the largest fests in North India.

Our college has great placements and infrastructure.

Placements: In biotechnology, almost all students who applied for placements got placed. The highest salary package is around 50 LPA from Microsoft, and the lowest is around 6 LPA to 7 LPA. The average salary package is somewhere between 10 LPA and 13 LPA. Mostly, tech and non-tech companies recruit students from BT.

Infrastructure: All classrooms and labs are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, including the library and administrative block. The facilities in the hostel are quite decent. The food quality is fine in the mess and canteen. There is a medical center within reach. NSUT has all kinds of sports except squash and swimming.

Faculty: All teachers have degrees. They are well known for teaching. The course isn't that relevant, but it is required for our development. It makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are not that hectic. They are manageable.

Other: Fests here are pretty amazing. Moksha Innovision is conducted for 3 days. Great celebrities are invited to this fest. There are performances from throughout the nation.

A decent college which gives you alot of exposure and makes you a better person overall.

Placements: NSUT has given excellent placements this year. The average package revolving around 18LPA and the highest package being about 1.2 crores/annum. More than 95% of the students have been placed in tech and non-tech firms. Top companies include Microsoft, deloitte, google, amazon, flipkart, accenture, goldman sacs etc.

Infrastructure: The classrooms for the first year students are really well maintained and they give you a luxury feel. The new classrooms which are made for the first year students are called the APJ-halls they're air conditioned and well maintained. We also have a fully air conditioned library with a really good internet speed which is open from 9am-6pm everyday. Talking about the hostels, for the first year students we have been allotted ramanujan hostel. The mess food is edible and its not that great, medical facilities are really good, we also have badminton courts and T. T tables in our hostels. The canteens provide decent snacking options in a very budget friendly price.

Faculty: I would say the some of the faculty members are really good and they've excellent teaching methods while some just take classes for the sake of taking them. The 75% attendance criteria is really strict and students who're below 75% are detained. The exams are really hectic over here as we have 2 class-tests/subject, mid seems and end seems. The difficulty of the exam depends on your preparation some students score really well and some even fail. The passing marks for a semester are 41/100.

Other: I would like to share some things about our college. 1. ). The crowd is really great over here, you'll find some of the best brains of the country in your peer group. 2. ). The campus life is amazing you'll SEE peacocks in and around the campus. 3. ). There are alot of extra curricular activities which help in shaping your personality so you should participate in every event and every society/club.

Our college provides a lot of exposure.

Placements: Around 70-80% of students got placed in our college. Top recruiting are KPMG, PWC, etc. Core companies won't visit our college to recruit biotechnology students. Our college provides only a few internship opportunities. Top roles offered are analysts and consulting.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent. All facilities are available on campus. The food served in the mess is not much good. Our sports complex is decent. The Wi-Fi speed is good. The hostel is not much good. Classrooms are decent. Medical facilities are available on campus. The library is not huge to accommodate all students, but it has all books.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good and knowledgeable. We can gain much knowledge from them. Semester exams are decent. The course curriculum is relevant. You have to learn some other skills like coding, etc. Almost 90% of students pass their semester exams.

Other: I opted for this course because it has a lot of potential for the future. Our college conducts many fests like Moksha, etc. All fests are held very well in our college.

Our college is good with infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: On-campus placements for our course are not good. There are not many companies that allow biotech students to sit in placement rounds. Students try off-campus for internships and placements. The average salary package offered is around 10 LPA to 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of our classrooms are good. The library is good as well. The quality of food available in the canteen is good. Labs are good for doing experiments but some chemicals are not available.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Some teachers are very good, and they are helpful. This course is relevant only to those who want to continue their higher degree in biotech. The quality of exams conducted is good. Around 80% to 90% of students in every branch passed their semester exams.

Other: Fest is organised very well. The campus is neat and clean. The Delhi MCM scholarship is very good for students.
