At the doctorate and research level, the College offers PhD/ MSc programme in the stream of Engineering. The programme is offered under the recognised centre of NHCE Bangalore in affiliation with Visvesvaraya Technological University. The eligibility criteria for MCA course at New Horizon College of Engineering is that candidate should have Bachelor's degree with Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer Programming or Computer Applications or Business Mathematics or Business Statistics as one of the optional or elective at degree level with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Category-1 for candidates belonging to Karnataka).
