Seat allotment results were declared for BTech courses and its multiple specialisations, as well as for the BArch course. For the General AI category, the last round cutoff varied between 232 and 41289. According to the last round, the BArch course came out as the most preferred one for this category. For top M.Tech branches like CSE and CSE (Information Security), the cutoff scores stood at 731 and 694, respectively. Considering the first round cutoff 2025, other top M.Tech specialisations were Microelectronics and VLSI Design with a cutoff score of 647 and Electronics Design and Technology (600). For the OBC category students, the first-round cutoff scores for CSE and CSE (IS) stood at 694 and 671, respectively, under the All India quota.
