NIT Nagaland offers MTech as a postgraduate programme for a two-year duration in a regular and part time mode. The MTech programme is offered under multiple specialisations : Communication Engineering. Communication Engineering Syllabus. VLSI Systems Curriculum. Admission to these specialisations is offered based on the GATE score and CCMN/CCMT counselling.

Candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Also, have a valid GATE Score and a decent work experience is eligible for M.Tech at NIT Nagaland. The GATE Cutoff for each NIT will vary and each NIT will release its GATE cutoff based on the following factors. The total seat intake of the M.Tech at NIT Nagaland is 66. The seats are distributed among the four specialisations.
