This is one of my best decisions choosing this college.
Placements: On average 85-90% of students from our college get placed. The highest package is 27 LPA, the lowest is 1.2 LPA, and average is 4.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Google, Amazon, etc. 95% of students got internships in companies like Google, Amazon, etc. Top roles offered are data administration, software engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities and infrastructure available labs, classrooms, and libraries are clean and well-organised. Wi-Fi connection is good. The food quality is also very hygienic and also good to take. Sports and games are organised. The ground is also well-maintained.
Faculty: The respected teachers are so much helpful and highly qualified. They help us to gain our knowledge and are involved with us. Their teaching quality is obviously great. Course curriculum is good. It makes us prepare for our future. Semester exams are quite standard. The pass percentage is 89% something.
Other: This course is a mixture of software and the core part of the engineering so I liked it. This course can participate in the core industry as well as the software industry. My course can be better with more educational tours. There are also some good events, and people can refresh their mind with those fests.

Review of NIT Kolkata, academics and non-academics.
Placements: Since it is my first year, I do not have hands-on placement experience. But according to my seniors, and till now, what I have seen, placements are overall good. Many good companies visit our college for placement like IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, Amazon, Byjus, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has a decent campus compared to other colleges in Kolkata. There is a playground and a beautiful pond inside it. It has four floors with a unique building of architectural structure. Its campus size is approximately 26395 square feet. It has many classrooms with smart boards. The institute has a library, two seminar halls, two auditoriums, and a big canteen.
Faculty: I remember that faculty members are always ready to help students. In addition, the ratio of faculty to students is very good. In fact, all faculty members are interactive. We have a good relationship with them. They are always available to us for solving our problems. Till now, I have not faced any problem in the course curriculum. Every subject included in the course is relevant to the development of a student.
Other: Overall, it is a good college. It holds a good position among the private institutes of West Bengal. It has a good campus.

I love this college and all faculty members. The college environment is nice.
Placements: The average package for our course is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, and Cognizant. Around 80% of students secure placements, and 90% of students receive internships in various companies, ensuring strong industrial exposure.
Infrastructure: Narula Institute of Technology has a great environment. The hostel is wonderful and clean. Food is also good. There is a big common ground for playing.
Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. They clear any doubts or questions as many times as we want. If we didn't understand any teachers' methods, then other teachers helped us with that. To prepare us for the industry, we do many industrial visits to watch and learn about their work. Semester exams are not that tough, and almost 100% of students pass every semester. Faculty and staff members are always helpful and understanding. They encourage us for projects and hackathons. Solve any problems either in education or between students.
Other: I chose electronics and computer science because it has both electronics and computer science knowledge. I wish for better Wi-Fi on the campus, and it is a bit slow. We have fests, events, and seminars frequently.

A good college for engineering.
Placements: The placements of the college are decent as many companies visit the campus for the placements. The companies that visit the campus are like TCS, ITC, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, LTI, and many more software and also core companies visit the campus for placements. The average package is 4 LPA and the highest is 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is good as it has all the facilities on campus for the students. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, but the speed is not that good all around the campus. The library facility is good as all the sem books are given by the library for the whole sem. Classrooms are spacious and have smart boards.
Faculty: Faculty members, or if I say most of the faculty is good as they are knowledgeable in their field and also friendly and helpful but some of them are not that good they do not cooperate with the students and the class. The curriculum is of industry level and also they provide all the required skills that is needed in the current industry for the students. The exams are held monthly and they are not that hard.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-developed with free Wi-Fi and many advanced facilities. Classrooms are clean enough, and the laboratories are well-equipped with advanced instruments, equipment, and apparatus. The quality of food at the canteen is of good quality with much stock, and the medical facilities are great. Various types of sports are played on our college campus. Overall, our infrastructure is great.
Faculty: Teachers are very well-educated, highly qualified, and very knowledgeable. Teachers are very helpful to students. The course ECS, or Electronics and Computer Science, is a great course for our present industry. The semester examinations are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage in our course is above 95%.
Other: I choose this course as it has both Electronics as well as Computer Science in it. The best thing about my course is that it is helpful for learning both software and hardware.

Placements: Above 85% of students are placed in our college. The package is too good, around an average package is 4.5 LPA. Accenture is the top company that recruits. TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, and Microsoft all companies came to recruit students.
Infrastructure: This course is very good for those who go to the core sector and also to the IT sector. All-time Wi-Fi is on, and the classroom is very clean. The library is very spacious and good for reading books and also for working purposes. Our cafeteria is good, but food items are priced high.
Faculty: Our college faculty are very friendly, and they are very cooperative. Maximum faculty are doctorates and knowledgeable. The semester exam is not easy, but if your preparation is good, your exam should be good! 98% of students pass the semester exam.
Other: I choose this course because it is the way of hardware and software combination. This course is the best because the CS part is higher than the other parts of the course.

Faculty: There are many top-qualified teachers in many streams. They helped in building the decorum and authenticity of the workload. It has good faculty members and the management is good for the curriculum of the workload.

Placements: Placements are good, especially for CSE. The average package ranges from 4-6 LPA. The highest package offered was 27 LPA in 2024.
Infrastructure: Our college provides modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, a large library, a Wi-Fi campus, sports grounds, an auditorium, and medical facilities. Hostels are separate for boys and girls. It has good food and 24x7 security. Boys' hostel is off-campus. The hostel fee is around Rs. 33,500 per semester (including food). Overall, facilities are good and student-friendly. It has a well-maintained campus, good labs, classrooms, and basic amenities.
Faculty: Faculty members conduct internal tests, practicals, and guide projects. Semester exams are held by MAKAUT. Faculty members assist with preparation and invigilation. Internal exams and practicals are key for final marks. Faculty members are supportive and help students perform well academically. Our college has a strong course curriculum and experienced faculty members.
Other: Vicky Kaushal just visited our college. Our college organsies many tech fest, events, and hackathons. It has decent facilities, and the campus is compact.
