One of the best private colleges in West Bengal.
Placements: In the last placement season, around 60–70% of eligible students got placed, mostly in TCS, followed by Cognizant, Capgemini, etc. I study Information Technology. The average package is around 4–5 LPA. The highest is around 9–10 LPA, and the lowest is 3.25 LPA, to my knowledge. During the 3rd year, the college provides 2–3 internship tests for the top students. At least 75% marks throughout their academic career. In the last year, TCS and Cognizant were the top recruiters. The top roles offered in my course are Software Developer, mostly, and Data Analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is top-notch, no doubt about it. Some instruments may be faulty, but most of the time they do the job. Practical lab facilities are top-notch. As I hear from my friends, the hostel facility is also good according to the fees. The lunch provided is sufficient.
Faculty: All teachers in my department are the best. They are student-friendly and always try to help students if any help is needed. The course curriculum changes every 2 years. It provides knowledge of trending technologies. Semester exams are not difficult. If anyone starts studying just 1 month before the exam, they can secure around an 8.5 GPA easily.

Absolutely helpful for students.
Placements: There is a good placement record at Narula Institute of Technology. 89 percent of students got placed from this college in the previous year. 47 LPA is the highest package. 6 LPA is the average package offered. TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Wipro, etc., are some of the more reputable companies that come to the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the course is very good and helpful. Wi-Fi is available for all in the college, which is very helpful for students. The hostel rooms are moderate. The food is good. In college, everyone gets the chance to play various types of games and sports.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They always help the students. In this college, the semester exams are not so difficult. Everyone can score good marks. Teachers always help students with exams.
Other: I chose it because of its good infrastructure and placement record.

Recommended for newcomers.
Placements: The placement is not very good, just slightly above average. I would say around 40-50% of students are placed. The highest package is 21 LPA, and I don't know about the lowest yet. Some top recruiting companies are TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: First, the Wi-Fi speed is not good, especially when multiple connection happens, it gets way weaker than 4g-3g. Some labs are good, but not always well-maintained. Classrooms are average. The library is good. I don't live in a hostel, so I don't know much about that. Many sports events are organised, and we have a nice playground for everyone.
Faculty: Some teachers are so helpful, it will be a blessing to get them. They are very friendly and explain in simple terms as much as they can. All are highly qualified. Our course does make us ready for the industry. The semester exams are difficult, but not every time. The passing rate is good enough if you just study a bit.
Other: I chose this course because I didn't get enough rank for CSE in WBJEE. The best things about my course are the curriculum events. There are so many events that I can't explain everything here. You will definitely enjoy some of them. But connectivity is not so good here.

Absolutely worth it to select any course under this private college. Don't miss the opportunity.
Placements: 80 percent of students were placed perfectly from IT depth the previous year. The highest package for the previous year from our depth was almost 26 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Salesforce, Juspay, Infosys, LTI Mindtree, ServiceNow, etc. The college also gives a scope to indulge in internships through NPTEL, Yatri Sathi, and many other companies. Even a senior got a development role at Google from our college. Almost every role is given to the candidate based on their skills like cloud developer, data analyst, software developer, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is provided throughout the college for the whole working hours. There is a dedicated Wi-Fi system for the library also so that enthusiastic students don't need to suffer. Labs for each and every subject are dedicated according to the course curriculum and the faculty members take lab classes very seriously and responsibly. The 316 computer lab is the main attraction for our college. There are 16 labs dedicated to computer labs with all types of facilities. I can guarantee you that very few colleges give that much space and faculty compared to our college.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and generous. They are friendly and provide study material with suggestions before exam which are really beneficial for exam. The course curriculum is verified and it also fulfills all criteria and requirements for campus placement. The semester exams are easy to crack if u follow the classes well and study the suggestions before the exam. The pass percentage is above 90 percent for all subjects in a semester.
Other: This was the best college for me according to my WBJEE rank in my academic year. I think the only thing that could be improved is the number of rooms in the college. The college takes initiative in organizing hackathons, tech events, and brings industry sharks to give the students a chance to represent their project for their bright future. The fresher and fest parties are really dazzling and the environment inside the college campus is really evergreen and joyful. The seniors are really helpful and friendly towards their juniors.

A brief review of Narula Institute of Technology & one of the best private colleges in West Bengal.
Placements: The placement scenario in all private colleges in West Bengal is more or less the same. The majority of students get placed in service-based companies, including TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra. These companies offer packages ranging from 3.6 to 6 LPA. Only a handful of product-based companies visit these private colleges and cherry-pick 2-3 students per college. It is the reality of all private colleges, not just our college. If you want to crack a high-paying job, you will have to do it off-campus.
Infrastructure: Our college has decent infrastructure compared to other government colleges in West Bengal. However, there are a few problems. There is no AC in classrooms or labs (except the computer labs), so it gets hot in the summer. The ground is quite small, barely enough to host one sporting event. All labs have equipment, but some of the apparatus is old. The college looks good from the inside, especially the ground floor, but the lack of AC is a big issue during the summer. The hostel has very limited seats, and rooms accommodate 2, 3, or 4 people. The food is just barely edible.
Faculty: Faculty at Narula Institute of Technology are all well-qualified, but that doesn't mean they are good teachers. Many faculty members in the college literally don't care about their students. They just come with their notebooks, read some topics from their notes, and leave the class. Some teachers just come to fill the chalkboard and explain nothing. However, there are also some faculty members who try their best to explain each and every topic to their students. The course curriculum is irrelevant in all colleges for getting a job. Exams are easy.
Other: I chose this college because it was the best option among all the others I got. The best perk is that it is an autonomous college, so there is no strict attendance policy, and the exams are very easy, making it easier to get a high CGPA. I chose IT because I couldn't get into CSE. I didn't choose any specialization because I wanted to do a non-specialized course. I wish they would install AC in all classrooms because it gets hot and humid during the April-June season. I also want the college to bring in better companies (PBC companies).

It is an average college and an average college life.
Placements: An average college where more than half of the students get placed, but mostly with an average package. If you want a good salary, you have to work hard and try to get it from outside the campus. The same goes for internships. You need to put in extra effort and secure them off-campus. Building strong skills and networking early can significantly improve your chances.
Infrastructure: The college campus has a free Wi-Fi facility. The infrastructure is average. You can't get a hostel inside the campus; it is located outside but managed by the college faculty. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the hostel. The food is just okay, not very good. Overall, the campus provides the basic necessities, but there is room for improvement in living conditions and facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are okay, like average, not top notch, most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They are supportive when it comes to clearing doubts. The course curriculum is moderately relevant. It covers the basic foundation needed in the industry. Semester exams are not very difficult if you attend classes regularly and study consistently. Questions are mostly based on classroom lectures and past papers. The pass percentage is quite high, usually around 85-90%, so it's manageable for most students.
Other: The best thing about the campus is that if you're surrounded by competitive and motivated students, you naturally grow and improve yourself. Although they claim to have a gym on the campus, it's either not available for students or remains closed most of the time. Even the student lift is often out of service, which can be convenient. On the brighter side, the college organizes enjoyable fests, offers scholarships, and provides various extracurricular activities you can participate in. With the right mindset and involvement, you can make the most of what the campus offers despite its limitations.

Placements: Almost 92% of students get placed. The highest package is 27 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average is around 4–4.5 LPA. Top recruiters are service-based companies like TCS and Wipro. The top roles offered include Software Developer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, and System Engineer.
Infrastructure: All infrastructures are well-maintained. There is Wi-Fi on the college campus, which you can use free of cost. Everything is in a good and well-structured manner. Hostel facilities are non-existent. The food in the mess and canteen is incredible. However, there are no medical facilities, sports, or games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. All teachers have a Master's or Ph.D. degree. The course structure and materials provided at the college. The curriculum is very relevant for learning and also for placements, even in this low-demand job market. Semester exams are easy. You have to study two days before the exam.

Placements: 94% of students were placed last year in the Information Technology department. The highest package is 44 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. 100% of students get internship opportunities like Byjus, Myntra, etc., Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: Free 5G Wi-Fi is available with good internet speed. A high-specification computer lab is available. Hostel rooms are decent for two persons enough bed space, Wi-Fi, and a clean atmosphere with a friendly environment.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they also provide materials to complete the semester in a good manner. They also give suggestions for exams. The Information Technology B.Tech is too relevant for the upcoming future of the IT industry for success in life. It makes students ready. The semester is not very tough, as it is an autonomous institution. The pass rate is 99%. The department is too helpful as well as faculty.
Other: I always keep an interest in the IT department, which is why I choose this course. College life is very entertaining, with many fests and fun.
