I am absolutely satisfied because of the helpful faculty members and good placements this year.
Placements: This year, about 80% of IT students got placed in our college. The average package offered to students is 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college are Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, etc. Almost all students get a chance to do internships in many companies.
Infrastructure: In our college, facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms are available. All-time free Wi-Fi is available with good internet speed. A huge separate central library is available with a lot of different types of books. All departmental books are also available in our library.
Faculty: In our college, all the faculty members are very helpful. They help a lot in our studies. They are very knowledgeable and highly qualified. They clear our doubts. Proper classes are held following the routine. The B.Tech in IT course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not so difficult at our college. Almost all students pass the semester exams.

It is value for money, sure.
Placements: Placements in the college are fabulous. Students become so skilled that they leave their offers from companies and go for off-campus placements, easily getting better offers. In the Department of Chemical Engineering, the placement rate is 100%.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is provided only to first-year boys. Girls have hostel facilities for their entire course. The hostels are great and provide a bed, mattress, table, chair, and a personal almirah. There are 3 to 4 students per room.
Faculty: Teachers are super skilled and helpful. In the first year, you get a mentor who helps you face every academic problem in the college. Semester exams are not very tough. You get suggestions from teachers, and you often face the same questions in exams.
Other: Campus life is great. It has sports and many tech events too. The college provides facilities for the gym, cricket, football, volleyball, yoga center, chess, and badminton.

Good college. Placement is decent but you have to work hard to get higher placement.
Placements: About 70% of students got placement. The highest package is 33 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. Internships are mainly based on the students. Students are free to do internships in MNCs on their own.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are very supportive and qualified enough. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus, and classrooms are in good quality. The library is very big; approximately 1 lakh books are available. The hostels are very good, and the food quality in the mess is also good. 24-hour electricity.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Their teaching quality is also good. The course is not relevant according to the job market; students have to study extra to get a job. The semester exams are not so hard; students can easily pass by studying one night before.

If you don't have a budget to afford a good college, then come for it.
Placements: The placement is decent overall. If you are from Chemical, then there are higher chances of getting a job. But if you are from other branches, you have to rely more on your own. The highest package this year comes from the ECE department of 40 LPA off-campus and around 25 LPA on-campus. The average placement is 6–7 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also decent. The campus is green, and the hostels are great especially the P2 hostel. If you are coming, then select the P2 hostel. It is the best of all. Wi-Fi is available in the library, hostel, and classrooms, but you don’t have access to use it in class. The food in the mess is decent but affordable overall. Classrooms are decent. There is no AC in most classes, though some have it.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but some professors are very rude and don’t behave properly. You have to work hard to impress them. The teaching quality is decent, in my opinion. The same syllabus is used throughout West Bengal, so there’s nothing special here. However, the college is anonymous, so people don’t check college, which can make it easier to get a higher score.
Other: If you don’t have a good rank, then you can choose the Chemical branch. But if you have a top rank, go for CSE or IT, as they could be the best for your future. So, it’s better to go for IT, CSE, and other non-core branches.

Our college infrastructure and hostel were pretty good. ROI and placements are average.
Placements: About 91% of students were placed in the 2023-2024 batch. Packages offered are 10 LPA, 3 LPA, and 5.75 LPA. Infosys, Capgemini, and Tata Consultancy Services were top recruiting companies in this course. Almost 5-7% through off-campus. Consultancy jobs, software engineers, and marketing.
Infrastructure: The Institute is an enclave campus of 50 acres of land. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys (11) and girls (03). It has more than 850 computers, a restaurant, an open-air cafeteria, a departmental store, a pharmacy, a bank, a gym, etc. Hostel food quality is good.
Faculty: Yes, teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also good. You do not have to fully depend on this college. You have also to put your extra efforts beyond this course. Semester exams are average. The passing percentage is about 30-35%.
