NSEC is very good college in Kolkata.
Placements: Placement is overall good. We can say above average and according to student skill, it provides good placement here. Many students go for higher studies like M.Tech through GATE and for own business. Many students go for off-campus too and get very high package.
Infrastructure: Overall, nice infrastructure and facilities are available here in this college. You people will get to see a high quality library where you can study without having any disturbance. In our college, there is a playground. We also have badminton court, table tennis, carrom board, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are very well trained and highly educated with teaching experience of more than 10 years. Faculty members are very friendly towards the student regarding guidance and all. They solve the doubt very frequently and never hesitate to solve the doubt unless and until student is not satisfied with that answers.

I am satisfied with faculty members.
Placements: Nearly 50-70% of students get placed because we are under Techno India, so we are able to give interviews in parallelly also at Techno Main Salt Lake, and on our college campuses. The highest salary is 17 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS and Cognizant. 50 to 70% of students get placed.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and library are very good. Classrooms are good. Hostels, canteen, and all are available. But hostel occupancy is for some people. Canteen is also available. Medical facilities are there. For sports, football, badminton, chess, carrom, table tennis, and volleyball are available. There is no cricket ground.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful whether we have what to study to where we should apply. In this case, some of the teachers are helpful. Teaching quality is 4 stars. Course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready because this course CSBS created for industry purposes. Semester exams are difficult. Pass percentage is 70% to 80% in some subjects it can be 50% passing.
Other: I chose it because in the course, two things I will study one computer science and business relevant. Some more relevant subjects could be there. Event, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, scholarship, extracurricular activities, and all are good.

Overall review of the college, including placement and campus life.
Placements: About 70-80% of students are placed this year. The lowest package is 3.25 LPA, the highest package is 13 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company, along with other top companies like Infosys, Amazon, and so on. This year, internships are offered to over 90% of students in the 3rd year.
Infrastructure: The college has good Wi-Fi throughout the campus. The labs are well-equipped and maintained. Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors, AC, and ample seating space. Classrooms are big, so microphones and speakers are installed. The library provides books for every course for every student. Hostel is neat and clean, with good quality food and water. Apart from the hostel, the mess, PG, and flats are available near the college at walking distance. The college is very enthusiastic about sports and games. It has its own gym and indoor and outdoor gaming space. The canteen provides good food.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and supportive. Students who attend classes regularly wouldn't need extra courses or private tutors. Practical skills are developed in laboratory classes, whereas basic knowledge is taught in theory classes. 50-60% of students pass without any backlog in at least 1 subject. Semester exam question papers are regulated by MAKAUT.
Other: The library and reading rooms, along with the canteen, are very neat and tidy. Seniors are interactive. The campus is a little smaller than you would expect, as it is only for engineering, B.Sc., and BBA courses.

College is nice. The location is pretty remote, but it is good. Placements are decent.
Placements: Placements are decent. Many companies come for recruitment such as TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, LTI MindTree, Accenture, etc. TPO is also nice. Internship opportunities are provided during 3rd year of the course. Packages offered by the companies are also decent.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the college in every classroom. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Labs are also nice, and apparatus available is in enough quantity. The library is available and open to all with all the required books for the course. Sports and games facilities are available. The canteen is there too.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also good. Coaching classes are also available to prepare students for interviews. Mock interviews are also taken. Semester exams are moderate if we study well. The pass percentage is also good.

It is an average college.
Placements: The placement is quite good with respect to the college. This year, our department had the highest placement at 10 LPA, with an average around 5 LPA. Recently, the placement ratio has improved in our college. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, etc., came for recruitment. Though our course is new, it is still making a mark.
Infrastructure: The college campus is good and clean. There is no hostel, but mess PGs are available outside the campus. There is good Wi-Fi connection inside the campus, with moderate laboratory infrastructure. Labs have all the required equipment and mostly have ACs. Overall, it’s good.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and willing to help whenever needed. They support us in every possible way. The curriculum is well-designed so that every student can cope with it and learn other things for the future. Exams are tough, but a little study always helps us to excel.
