There are a total of 899 seats for BTech courses at NIT Srinagar. Each of the course specialisation has different seat intake. Yes, it is important that the BTech aspirants have a valid score of JEE Main. NIT Srinagar grants admission based on merit in this entrance score only. The specialisation-wise cutoff is released as per merit in the entrance examination. For seat allotment, the aspirants rank is taken into consideration.
