The college is well-known for its placements and infrastructure.

Placements: 80% of students are placed in the PED branch, 2019-21 batch. The highest package was around 15 LPA, the lowest is 4.5 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are GE, Intel, Qualcomm, and Microsoft. In my batch, 30% of students got internships from Microsoft, Dell, GE etc. The top roles offered in my course were many software and hardware-related improvement skill workshops they conducted.

Infrastructure: All the facilities and infrastructure are good. The library and department were very nice except M.Tech classroom hall. Food was very nice and hygienic in canteen and mess. Medical, sports and games facilities are good. The sports facilities like basketball, volleyball, football, and badminton are very good, but a swimming pool is not there.

Faculty: The teachers were very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable and good. The teaching quality is overall nice. The course is relevant. Hopefully, it makes students ready for industry. Semester exams were tough and strict, but for hard-working students, this is not an issue. The pass percentage was 100%.

Other: I chose this college because I like this college, and the best thing about my course was studies. The placement percentage needs to be improved. Overall, the events, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, and scholarships were very good.

It is a great place to pursue your M.Tech in the electrical course.

Placements: Around 60% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 17.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Analog Devices, Elmot Alternators, TMEIC, Tata Motors, Svaya Robotics, L&T Limited, Delta Electronics, Schneider Electric, Collins Aerospace, Ge Power, Finisar Corporation, Affluence Infosystems, FIITJEE, Narayana, Sri Chaitanya and Ocwen Financial visit our college for placements.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are average in infrastructure and services. Labs are good in all respects. Wi-Fi facility is available everywhere. The library is a great place to be there with all facilities and good ambience. All basic facilities are available in the hostels. The hostel in which I used to stay has an occupancy of 2000 with 9 floors. It is regularly cleaned and maintained. Quality of food available in the government mess is good, but some private mess provides average food. Medical facilities are great. Sports facilities are also average as the college does not pay much impetus on sports and games.

Faculty: Most of the experienced teachers available in our college are great. They are qualified, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Their teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is somewhat good but can be more relevant to industrial practices. It makes students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to stick to the core electrical domain with the fusion of electronics in it. There are few subjects and labs that make the best out of this course. I wish the college should provide more industrial exposure, which will be helpful. The course curriculum can be remodelled to fulfil the above statement. Our college organises events like Technozion, Springspree, Inter-NIT tournament, etc., which will keep you indulged and enjoy the campus even more. The campus crowd in the evening at T-square of the institute is a great sight to behold and relish. The campus is large, and the connectivity is also good. Surroundings are pleasing and greenery. You will get a scholarship of Rs. 12,400 if you have about 80% of attendance and minimum SGPA of 6.
