What's new at NIT Surathkal? NTA has released JEE Main result 2023 session 1 for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) on Feb 6. Candidates can download their scorecards from JEE Mains result link at ntaresults.nic.in. JEE Main 2023 exam for the second session will be held between Apr 6 and Apr 12, 2023, except Apr 7 & 9. The institute has launched a new MTech Specialization - Power Electronics & Control for Electric Vehicles. The test and interviews of M.Tech(Research) and PhD will be conducted on Dec 12. The GATE 2023 exam will be conducted on Feb 4, 5, 11, and 12. The institute concluded the 2021-22 placement season with 93% BTech, 75% MTech, 88% MCA, and 76% MBA students placed. Out of 1,626 eligible students, 1,350 students were placed successfully during NITK placements 2022. The overall placement rate stood at 83%. In addition, the NIT Surathkal highest package 2022 for BTech (IT) and MTech (IT) stood at INR 45.03 LPA. Further, the NIT Surathkal average package for BTech (IT) and MTech (IT) was INR 23.03 LPA and INR 17.38 LPA, respectively.

NIT Surathkal Scholarships 2023
NITK Surathkal provides scholarships under various schemes to the students of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. The institute provides B R Samaga Scholarship and Veeramma Rajashekaraiah Scholarship to BTech second-year students. Further, NITK Surathkal provides Vijayakala T D scholarship to students of the E&E Department.
