A college you can join to complete your engineering and get a decent placement.
Placements: 93% of students get placed, so it is a very good number. Decent placements happen. Capgemini, Cognizant, HP, Amazon, and a few other international companies come for recruitment. This year, 2 students from civil engineering got INR 25 LPA and 1 student from mechanical got the same INR 25 LPA package.
Infrastructure: Nitte has a very good campus, which most colleges in Bangalore don't have. The campus is huge and has 2 bakeries, a Maggi station, a Goli stall, juice shops, stationary, a Xerox shop, etc. The campus is filled with trees and plants. The only drawback is that, though the campus is huge, you have to pay for your vehicle pass to get your personal vehicle inside the campus.
Faculty: The faculty is okay. The teaching quality is good. Since this is an autonomous college, the curriculum keeps changing based on industrial requirements. So that is a plus point for students studying here. Semester exams are fair enough to pass, and 40% is the pass percentage.

Review of NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology.
Placements: More than 85% of senior batch students got selected by campus interview in companies like Mahindra, Mantra, Toyota, Bosch, Capgemini, etc. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Top recruiting software companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Uber, and Amazon.
Infrastructure: Our department classrooms are good and equipped with projectors, screens, and blackboards. Benches are good. There are different labs equipped with modern equipment. The hostel facility is available in our college. Each room has two beds and four beds. Our college has a library, and it contains all books related to subjects.
Faculty: Our faculty members are good and friendly. They have good knowledge of their subjects. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Each semester has 3 mid-semester examinations and 1 semester-end examination. Many subjects are related to industry knowledge.
Other: In the first year, all branch students study the same subjects. In the second year, you go to your respective branches. A few fests are held in our college. Our college organises events very well. There are different clubs, students can also join them.

Satisfied with infrastructure and campus environment.
Placements: I am from mechanical engineering branch first year student. About placements I can say it is okay for other branches especially CSE and is branch but for other branches the placement ratio is not that good. As far as I know Furthermore I can add that every day the different types of companies visit campus and do interviews of students. Usually different types of programmes are bieng helded in college to benefit more and more students.
Infrastructure: Library is very good Canteen food is okay you can get a little notch indian food Also for games college is having a volleyball court and a big ground for cricket Medical facilities are there in college and banking services are continuously available for students. Wi-Fi is every where in campus especially for hostel students. Also for hostelite the reference room and libraries are open for the so they can study whenever they want.
Faculty: Teachers are good and well-equipped with knowledge About Industry, ican't say anything but yah the infrastructure is very good Exams not that difficult whatever is there in syllabus that only will come in exams. Teachei g quality I can say is okay. Every thing can't be taught by teachers only you need to put efforts by urself to attain good knowledge For me that teachers need to get updated to the modernized knowledge bocoz soo many things have changed in engineering but we are still dealing with old kind of things only. For eg once einstien helded an exam to his students and then he gave them a paper with 50 Physics questions. Next einestien again gave same 50 questions to new batch students. When einestien was asked y he gave same paper again He answered that the answers have now changed this kind of approaxh should be in teachers mind.
Other: I am 2021-22 batch student in mechanical engineering. I opted mechanical because I love to explore Physics through reality and love to watch it work in real and everyday life. I think college should more inculcate students towards knowledge rather than cgp and sgp. Allow students to share their ideas and prepare them for sustainable to serve mankind. About fests I can say in our college every fest is celebrated with high leveled energy and anticipation.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the placements and education provided here.
Placements: It has extremely poor placements in mechanical. Don't come here if you want to get enrolled in mechanical. It is good for IT and CS. They get a salary package of 8 LPA to 9 LPA. The top recruiters are Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, Bosch, ultra-tech cement, and Toyota.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not good. The warden is very bad and harsh. The infrastructure is not good with small rooms. The fans don't work often, and drinking water is not provided. Bathrooms are not maintained and not washed frequently. Mess food is horrible. So if you are going to join, go for PG or private rooms. Xerox shops, as well as canteens, don't have Gpay and Phonepe.
Faculty: Teachers don't teach well. They are not responsible for education. They are not punctual and don't pay attention to every student. They are not supportive either. They won't teach anything much, and you have to refer library books for that.
Other: Please don't go to this college if you are planning on going for mechanical. It's good for CS and IT.
