Earlier it was best but now its even below mark. If you need only degree then you can go ahead.

Placements: During my placement time only Paytm came that too for sales post and salary was 10,000. Before batches at least had some companies but for 2020, no company so far. One good thing was that the college notified us of the off-campus and we had a chance to appear there.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. The hostel is spacious and good to survive. Labs are there in mechanical, civil, and electrical labs but the worst condition. No one cares about the skill and practice, they just only bother about passing and following the things on paper.

Faculty: Faculty members are average, many talented faculty members left college because of their administration-related issues. Lab attendants are not up to mark. The course curriculum is fine. The course is never completed completely, out of 4 modules,2 or 3 modules are taught properly and one module is just left for the student due to lack of time. Even some professors are great at their work but the majority is like time pass.

Other: Earlier this was one of the best private college of orissa but now due to internal administration issues it has been ruined.

Our college has a really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary of Rs. 45,000 per month and the lowest salary of Rs. 20,000 per month and the average salary of Rs. 30,000 are offered. TCS, Infosys, Mindtree and Byju's are top recruitment companies for our course. The top role offered in our course is a software developer. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. I don't know about internships.

Infrastructure: There are two computer labs for our course, and there are 120 students in our branch. About 40 students are divided into one section and allotted for one classroom. Our college has a library and also the study facility. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus. There is a hostel for boys on the campus, and one huge room was allotted for 2 students of the same branch. We also got food facility in the hostel, and there are 2 canteen shops on the campus. Our college also has a medical facility and also an ambulance for emergency. There are two huge fields, and one is for cricket, while the other one is for football.

Faculty: All the teachers here are qualified, and some teachers also have a PhD degree. They are also helpful to students and also knowledgeable. So they teach like a professional. This computer science engineering (CSE) course is surely easy, and it makes students industry-ready.

Other: I like computers, so I joined this course to gain more knowledge about computers. If we study in this course, we match our technical life with this course. Everything is good in our course, and we come to know about everything which we should know. Every year our college organises fest and also matches for football, cricket, badminton, etc. Our college provides many scholarships.

The worst experience. Wastage of time and money.

Placements: Actually I have not passed yet. But as the college condition is the worst, I do not expect any internship or placement from here. The college is also not providing proper internship or placements to the passed ones. Wastage of money and the worst experience here. Also there is wastage of time.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is overall average. The buildings are not so good. The classrooms here are average. There is no proper Labs and lab equipments. There is only one library in the college which never opens. The quality of food available in the hostel is average. There is very poor medical facility. There is no platform for sports and extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Not all, only few teachers are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. This college do not make students industry ready. The worst college ever. There is no proper class conduction. Some teachers are also not so good. Only few of them support and provide proper knowledge.

Other: There is no fest, no events, campus crowd here. There is no platform for extracurricular activities. There is lack of learning platforms and experiences. Though it is one of the oldest private engineering college in the town, it fails to explain it's definition.

In short,College was on top in previous years but now,it is in bottom.It is on verge of being closed

Placements: Approximately 10% students got placement with low packages. There was no campus placement. There was only off campus placement. The highest package was approximately 5 Lacs offered to a student. Average package was around 2 Lacs. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infyosis, etc. Are top recruiters. All students went here and there for internships at their own potential.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities but not maintained like approximately 500 computers but all are outdated, Wi-Fi which doesn't work properly. College performance was in peak in previous batches but due to lack of proper management, it went down. Hostel has Wi-Fi which has no speed except for some minutes in night. Food quality is very bad. No cleanliness of hostel rooms and bathrooms. In fact, I fall prey to scabies due to such carelessness. There is a small medical facility in campus but most of the time, it is closed. In previous year, there was annual sports competition but there is no guarantee that it will be repeated in this year too.

Faculty: Teachers were qualified and helpful but most of such faculty members have left due to no payment since many months and even remaining teachers and staffs are not getting salary, so no classes are conducted. Students have to study from themselves for exams, very difficult for students.

I am highly dissatisfied with the college because of its management.

Placements: I don't think any companies are visiting this college for placements. So if you think about placements, then don't come here. As the college is about to get closed, I don't think anybody should waste their time and money here. There are no on-campus placements, and you need to go for off-campus drives only.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided here were very nice. As I was a computer science student, there were proper computers present. The hostel was also good, in the first year, almost 3 stayed in a single room, but it was good for 3 students. In the 2nd year, there we almost 2 students per room, and in the 3rd and 4th year, every student will get a single room. The mess food was not very good.

Faculty: Teachers here were well qualified for the course. They were helpful. The teaching quality was good for 1st year, but as you go up your years, you will have to manage your own studies. The course taught here was not that much enough to compete in today's era.

Other: As we know that in the engineering field, computer science students have the maximum opportunity, I have chosen this course. If the proper programming part could be taken care, then it could be better because as we know that if you are from computer science stream, you must know the programming. There are no such events in the college except one annual fest, i.e., Zazen and Zaphyr.

I'm dissatisfied due to teachers, infrastructure and facilities, but it had good placements in 2015.

Placements: About 20% of the students got placed in the previous year from our course through off-campus or pool campus placements. The highest salary package of 6 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2 LPA and the average salary package of 3.4 LPA are offered. For on-campus placements, there is no top recruiting company for our course, but for pool campus placements, there are IBM, NIIT, ProcessMAP, Rakuten, etc. Many roles are offered in IT industries like system engineer, code developer, front-end designer, web developer, test engineer, etc. In off-campus placements, the highest salary package offered in our course is 9 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. None of the students got an internship from our course.

Infrastructure: Nowadays, the condition of our college is not well. There is no Wi-Fi facility, and labs were good, but now, they are not. Classrooms are good, and the library is also good. All types of books are available in the library, but the study section of the library will always closed. We do not study here. Facilities provided in the hostel are not bad according to the fee. The quality of the food served is also good, but there is no canteen system. There are no medical facilities and sports and games.

Faculty: Nowadays, teachers are busy in a strike for their salary. They are helpful to us to qualify in exams but not helpful to gain knowledge. Their teaching quality was good before 1 year, but not now. This course is not relevant to the curriculum. It does not make students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course as it is related to software. There is more job scope in it than other courses, and also I am interested in computer science. The best thing about our course is it has more job scope. I wish that our college should add new programming languages in our course which are demanded by companies. Our college doesn't organise any event but organises annual fest in March. But I don't think it will be organised in 2020 because of the current condition. Many students get scholarships through the government. The campus surrounding is well, but the campus looks like a jungle.

Our college is decent but not good enough.

Placements: Around 30-40% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.25 LPA. TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Byju's are the top recruiters of our course. Design and sales manager are the top roles offered in our course. The average salary package offered in our course 2.00 LPA. Around 40-50% of the students got internships in TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Byju's.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college include chemistry lab, computer lab, physics lab, electronics and telecommunications lab, engineering drawing-room, civil lab, mechanics lab, electronics lab and a workshop. There is a library where books are available for the courses we study here, but new edition books are not available. Wi-Fi facility is not available in college premises. Our college has a beautiful auditorium, but the number of fests and competitions conducted is extremely low. Facilities provided in the hostel include accommodation for about 750 students, a doctor is available, a canteen, which is open until 8:00 pm. There is an ambulance in case of emergency, and the quality of the food served is average. Some days the food is good while on others it is quite bad. Sports facilities include only cricket and table tennis. There is a gym, but it usually has mosquitoes. Overall the cleanliness of hostel facilities is extremely poor, and many students stayed in the hostel suffered from fungal infections and scabies.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is decent. The course curriculum is relevant. It includes basic and advanced knowledge about computer languages like C and Java, which are extremely important to become a computer engineer. We hope it will make us industry-ready (not completely but partially). So, companies are providing training programmes to make the employees completely ready for their company.

Other: I chose computer engineering because I am good at computer programming, and I got the highest marks in this subject among all subjects in school. I find this subject interesting. The best thing about this course is the knowledge to make the computer do what we want it to do. After completely learning computer, we can design computers, which would do things in seconds, which are quite difficult and time consuming for us to do. There is no improvement needed in our course in the current few years, but later, it will need modifications and improvement with the development of new technologies. Events include just one fest throughout the year where there are many competitions and cultural performances, workshops for Java, web development, aerospace engineering and in which the seniors share their knowledge with the juniors. The campus crowd is low, and the campus is situated around 18 km away from BBSR city, but it is connected by roads with decent bus facility. Many buses are easily available in approximately every half hour. The campus surroundings include forests and very less stores, and scholarships are also available. Extracurricular activities include only cricket and table tennis. However, students can showcase their talents in singing and dancing once a year during a two-day fest.

This college is not good for talented students.

Placements: 1. 5-10% students are placed 2. The highest salary -12 lacs, the lowest- 1.25 lacs, and the average- 2.5 lacs per annum 3. Byju's is the top recruiter. 0% of students got internship because there is no facility of internship provided to the students.

Infrastructure: Everything is fine but the administration director is not well due to which this institute is not working well in the present scenario.

Faculty: Teaching quality is not bad but good. Every teacher of this institute is very helpful for students. Teaching staff, non- teaching staff and other workers are good. They work all the time but they don't get their salary on time. I will suggest every student that you should gather more information about this institute before taking admission. In the future, this institute will close because the management is not working well.

Other: I was interested in this field from childhood that's why I choose this course. All students should choose this field at first. If you will not get this field then choose another option. Events are not bad but good.
