Feels and course are good while the washrooms need a little improvement.
Placements: Maximum percentage of the students are placed in my course. The average course package is around 2. Basically, the top recruiting company is IGNOU. Students who got the maximum percentage in 12th standard received internships. There are no top roles provided.
Infrastructure: Indoor facilities are more while outdoor options are less. The canteen and outdoor shed are not fully provided as it is full of trees. There is no provision for Wi-Fi and air conditioning as it is in a very hot corner of the city. Washrooms are not properly utilized and remain dirty all the time.
Faculty: The teaching and lecturing quality is top-notch in some classes, while in others, the speaking quality is not very clear. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to students as it provides knowledge of its era. The semester exams are very complicated as they cover all the syllabus for all subjects.
Other: I chose this course as it is not very complicated compared to other subjects. The exam quality, fee structure, notes given, and especially the assignments should be improved. There are no extra-curricular activities provided other than the assignments.

Placements are not good enough here.
Placements: Placements are not good enough here. Our college provides only a few courses.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best campus with many sports like basketball, volleyball, lawn tennis and major games. Very good quality food is served in the canteen. Our college does not have Wi-Fi. The facilities of our college are very good as there is a library, hostel, good condition classrooms, etc. Apart from that, there are great facilities for the hostel with an oven and induction on every floor, including irons. I was a hosteller, and the campus life was interesting. Many activities such as painting competitions, sports, poetry, singing and many more are conducted here. Moreover, there are clubs regarding all the activities.
Faculty: In Pandu College, exams are quite difficult. I passed out in 2020 with a score of 56%. The teaching quality is also very good. The course curriculum is made in such a way that students are briefly ready for industry. Teachers in our college are well-educated and very helpful. They always support their students in their studies.

Our college is worth for the economics program.
Placements: Placements are not especially conducted for the department. There is a general placement for the entire college. There are job workshops and talent hunt programs that are conducted in order to attract companies. There is a lot of scope for improving placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure has developed a lot. I visited in 2021, June. The building was now as well as the classroom and office rooms. I find that rooms are more bright with more tools available, such as projectors. I am a day scholar but I heard that it is decent in terms of infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified. They know their subject domain. Currently, all the faculty members are Ph.D. holders, which shows their dedication towards research as well. Teaching occurs mostly in lecture modes, with tutorials provided for mathematical courses. Overall, I find it extremely useful for learning economics. The curriculum is decided by Gauhati University. I am not very convinced with the syllabus. But I have seen it getting improved from the time I have passed out the college. The semester exams are as per expectation. Faculty members help understand the syllabus and also help with last-minute preparations.
Other: I this course as the college was taking very few students. This is great since the ratio of faculty-student is better and improves study outcomes. I wish more emphasis is given on teaching economics from abstraction. By using foundational books like Mankiw, Hal Varian, Krugman, the learning outcomes can be improved. I have attended many cultural events and competitions held on campus. I liked the rally events.
