It is the best college for B.Sc in IT in Mumbai.

Placements: From B.Sc IT, most of the students passed with above A grade as exams are conducting online and MCQ based. As I know from our college documents, the highest salary offered is around Rs. 30,000-35,000 per month. TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and some small tech companies visit here. Students who have an A grade or higher are mostly eligible for internships. Web developer, C+ developer, Java developer, etc., roles are offered here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for B.Sc IT is good like there are computer labs, a separate classroom, an internet facility and one huge library just ahead of the labs. The ground is not very huge, and it's not enough as more than 10,000 students study here. You can play only a few games due to the shortage of the place.

Faculty: I feel proud now that after my 10th, I chose PDLC college, and I am still studying here and pursuing my graduation. The most important thing here is faculty members. They not only teach but are also friendly. They help every student, and most of the teachers have polite behaviour. As this college is affiliated with University of Mumbai, I think our syllabus is not effective as technology is changing every day. Written semester exams were quite difficult, but in the lockdown, we have MCQ based exams that are very easy.

Other: I love to code, so I chose B.Sc in IT as a graduation programme, but now it doesn't seem competitive as other courses like BCA and B.Sc CS.

The college cultural association and the college fest are the best parts of Dalmia College.

Placements: The placement rate was not very good. Only sales and calling companies came, and no IT companies visited.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was old and not very good. College software was useless. There was no clean water purifier. The college had no proper grounds for sports. There was no hostel in the college. Students coming from far had no proper place to stay nearby.

Faculty: Faculty and curriculum were based on Mumbai standards. In this regard, the college was good. Teachers were highly educated and had published books. Semester exams were not as difficult as in other colleges, but teachers were strict and did not allow cheating. My course was BSc IT. Teachers were very nice and taught the subjects well.

Other: There was no crowd, and campus life was enjoyable.
