SVKM's NMIMS Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management SBM’s Initiative Hosts Convocation 2023, Celebrating Graduating Entrepreneurs

July 11, 2023: Convocation 2023 was held at SVKM's NMIMS Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management, SBM's Initiative (PDSE&FBM), in honour of the BBA E&FB, MBA E&FB, and MBA Entrepreneurship programmes' graduating students. As the distinguished Chief Guest at the event, Shri Savji Dholakia, the founder and chairman of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd., inspired a new generation of businesspeople who were eager to support India's development. During the Convocation Ceremony, a large parade featuring council members, students, and a lively police band was on display. Attending the occasion were Prof. Seema Mahajan, Director, Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management (PDSE&FBM), Dr Ashish Daptardar, Registrar, and Shri Bharat Sanghvi, Trustee NMIMS and Nominee of Hon'ble Chancellor. 82 students from the MBA E&FB, 8 from the MBA Entrepreneurship, and 40 from the BBA E&FB programmes attended the convocation.

Family-owned businesses are encouraged and given the tools they need by the Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management to succeed alongside established businesses. The School is aware of the changing requirements of Indian family-run enterprises thanks to its more than ten years of experience in family business and entrepreneurship management.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Shri Savji Dholakia, Founder and Chairman of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Director of SVKM’s Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management, Prof. Seema Mahajan Received Women Achiever Award 2023

March 18, 2023: The prestigious Women Achiever Award for 2023 has been given to Prof. Seema Mahajan, Director of SVKM's Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management, by Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Airport, one of the largest women's volunteer organisations in Inner Wheel Dist. 314 in recognition of her outstanding work in the field of education. This award is a testimonial to the remarkable efforts made by Prof. Seema Mahajan in preparing the next generation via her tireless work in the education sector.

Prof. Seema Mahajan, Director of the Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management at NMIMS, accepted the Women Achiever Award for 2023 and stated, "This award from the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Airport is a great honour for me.
