Placements: Students with 55% marks in the 12th class are allowed for admission to the college. The highest salary package is 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top roles for the course are college lecturer and school teacher. They have high priorities in the scientific field.

Infrastructure: Facilities are less in this college. Wi-Fi is not available. The canteen is not good. Bathroom facilities are not good. Labs are not well-maintained.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, but they are not helpful. As it is a government college, teachers are not responsible. They do not teach correctly. Exams are not conducted strictly. Semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this college because it is a government college with an affordable fee. Because of my family situation, I wanted to join a low-fee college, so I chose this college. Sports and games events are conducted once a year. Students are good at sports events.

Review of Presidency College, Chennai.

Placements: Placements are average, so students do not have to worry about the job seeking in their future.

Infrastructure: Every department has its library. The common library has Wi-Fi facility. The infrastructure is very good. Laboratories are well-equipped. Hostel is very good. It has a large dining hall. RO water facility is also available. Warden is very good.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive in all aspects. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always clarify our doubts. Semester exams are moderately hard. Invigilators are strict so students cannot copy inside the exam hall. There is no complication in this college regarding exam and fee structure.

Other: The syllabus is very good. Inter-college competition is held in this college. NSS and NCC are organsied in this college. Many camps and volunteering works are conducted. Our campus life is better. This college is very useful to explore and learn new things. Students will surely get something to learn and experience a good life.

The life of Presidency students.

Placements: This college has been ranked 3rd by the NIRF. But for UG students the college does not have placements. This has been told to me by some of my seniors.

Infrastructure: The infra of the college is good but not great because it was built in 1840. Some buildings are 5-6 years old. But it is okay to attend the college. Fans and tables are of good quality but there is no canteen.

Faculty: The faculty of the college are friendly and the college has a number of staff members. They are highly experienced and they have good teaching skills. They have good quality of learning.
