Placements: Approximately 70 to 80 percent of students get placed. The highest package offered is 7 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Novo Invent, etc., hire students from the college. 70 percent of students get internships. Roles like software engineer and data scientist are offered. This college is for hard-working students because it needs hard-working people. It provides training in the 2nd year (DSA, Java, and full-stack developer)

Infrastructure: Good facilities are provided in this college. The hostel is also good. In comparison to other colleges, the food provided in the college hostel is very good. Games facilities are provided in this college. Grounds are available for games like volleyball, cricket, and badminton. Indoor games are also available, like ludo and chess.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly educated. They give guidance for our future. They are very good at teaching. Weekly PPT is provided for better performance in exams. Semester exams in college are helpful for the university exam. Every week, a game period is organised to overcome the study loads.

Other: B.Tech is a very professional course, so I chose it. R. D. Engineering College is good for this course, so I chose this college. More practical knowledge should be provided, which is helpful for our course. Extracurricular activities are organised here.

My view of RD Engineering College.

Placements: Placement in my college is very good and the highest package is 32 LPA in Microsoft. The average package is 6 LPA and the median package is 4.6 LPA. There is also a placement cell in our college that is very supportive and encouraging towards placements, and there is free technical training for placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty decent, and every department has its own building. The hostel has average good facilities, but space is less. The mess food is good with a changing meal plan every day, and there is also free Wi-Fi in our college.

Faculty: Our college faculty is very experienced, well-educated, professional, and supportive towards students. In our college, a regular Monday test is conducted every week, and there is also a sessional exam once a semester. They put a pre-university test before the university exam for practice and revision.

Absolutely satisfied with all facilities.

Placements: 50% students of my college are placed in placements. The highest package in my college is 32 LPA at Microsoft company and the lowest salary is Rs.15,000 per month at Nova Event company. Around 40–45% students got internships from my course in my college.

Infrastructure: Good facilities are in my college and hostel. Both have good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available in the college and hostel. Mess food is average. It is not very bad and not very good, but better than other colleges. Games and sports activities are also provided.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. They help and encourage students to participate in other activities apart from studies. All teachers are knowledgeable, punctual, and serious about their teaching skills. Semester exam checking is strictly followed by the teachers.

Other: I chose this course because I want to be a data scientist. The best thing about the course is that it is very tough and interesting. I wish some things could be improved in my course, like focusing more on practical learning rather than theory. Events and fests are good in my college.

There are supportive faculty and average infrastructure.

Placements: About 70% of students were placed from our batch. The average package was around 4 LPA, and the lowest package was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Almost 60% of students also got internships. Top roles offered in our course were software development, etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. Classrooms have basic facilities, the library has useful academic books, Wi-Fi is also available on campus but the speed is a little bit slow. Hostels have average rooms, and mess food quality is basic. Medical support and some sports facilities are also there.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and qualified in their respective subjects. Regular assignments, internal exams, and presentations are also held by faculty members, which help us. The semester exams are difficult, but if the student is regular, they can clear it easily.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in this field and wanted better career opportunities. This course provides us both theoretical and practical knowledge. The college also organizes seminars, workshops, etc., which help in personality development. The campus crowd is decent and also supportive of each other.

Good college for educational goals but absolutely dissatisfied with the environment of the college.

Placements: I am in the final year and only 20-25 students got placed. A student got the highest salary package of 32 LPA which is also the highest package of the college. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like NovoInvent, Varaisis, Credex, and Turning visit the college for placements. None of the students got internships from college. The top roles offered are software developer, data analyst, and software trainee.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in the college are good like Wi-Fi, projectors, and large computer labs. Classrooms are just average and the library is good. Almost all books are available in the library. The quality of the hostel is average, and the rooms are okay. Mess and canteen food is good. The college has a medical room where some medicines are available. The college does not conduct any sports activities and games.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. They provide handwritten notes. The course curriculum is not relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready. The college conducts a performance test every Monday to analyse student's performance. Semester exams are difficult and the pass percentage is 30%.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in coding and programming. The college provides scholarships only to those students who get admission by appearing in a competitive exam like JEE.

Our college is very good for toppers.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Wi-Fi facility is available in our college. There are 2 playgrounds and one playground is spacious. Another playground is small. Our college has a volleyball court. A gymnasium is available in our college. The canteen is average. They provide a variety of food items.

Faculty: Our faculty members are good and friendly. They are helpful to all students. Their knowledge is enough to teach us. Semester exams are conducted in our college. It is easy to score because the faculty members provide a lot of things to handle the exam.

The faculty and education are good. The infrastructure and campus have to be improved.

Placements: I am from the computer science with the data science branch. More than 50 percent of students get placed from my branch. Some students pursue higher studies. The average package offered is 6 LPA. Some top companies like Microsoft recruit students from our college. Approximately 30 percent of students got internships in some top companies. Some students got internships in other companies, depending on their skills.

Infrastructure: Facilities in RD College are good. They have everything that is required for an engineering student, but I think the infrastructure is not comfortable for a study environment. It has to improve the campus and other infrastructure of the college. The hostel facilities are also not that good.

Faculty: Teachers of RD College are good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They encourage and motivate students. The only thing that RD College has is good education and better teaching. They only focus on theory and exams, but not on practical learning. It provides skills and some other activities.

Other: I want the college to also focus on other activities, like fest events, and events in RD College are rare. The college should connect with students and know about other practical things that are required in the future. It also focuses on events, fests, sports, and other programs.

Infrastructure: Labs are not well prepared according to the technical course, like B.Tech. They should be well prepared to improve the skills of students. Courses should be conducted, such as for DS, Statistics, and data visualization, which can be learned to students by the college to help them get good jobs like data analyst and Data Scientist.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they give us perfect knowledge about each particular subject. They give their best to serve their students, and they give us the complete knowledge of their subjects to score the best and get a good percentage.

Other: To improve technical skills in the college and to improve the knowledge of students, there should be different courses conducted, and activities can be done concurrently.
