Satisfied in terms of placement and infrastructure, but lacking in teaching.

Placements: The placements arrive at the end of the 6th semester. They regularly conduct hackathons and events to improve our resumes. About 80% of students get placed in the previous year. Of these, about 20% get a CTC above 15 LPA. The highest package awarded is 49 LPA from De Shaw and Co. The lowest CTC is around 5–6 LPA. If 100 students get placed, then only about 10 gain permanent positions, while others have to undergo internships and then get permanent positions. Top recruiting companies are IBM, De ...

My review of this college.

Placements: Placement and job opportunities are good. There is a separate placement cell in the college that looks into placement work and arranges on-campus placements. The college brings many companies to provide internship opportunities and conducts placements. Recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Uber, Flipkart, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. They provide core or multi-core packages, with average packages varying between 3 LPA to 5 LPA and the highest is 30 LPA-35 LPA, depending on students' e...

My dream college to study in.

Placements: Placements are top-notch. I myself am placed in ORACLE with a whopping 13 LPA. It is definitely very good for placement offers and study.

Good campus/college. Our campus is very well maintained in terms of rules and attendance.

Placements: Around 85-90% of students are placed in the ECE branch. 50 LPA is the highest, and 7.6 LPA is the lowest. Top recruiting companies include Texas Instruments, IBM, Oracle, etc. Around 10 to 15 students only got internships in Samsung, Intel, Nokia, TI, etc. Roles include embedded systems engineer, VLSI design engineer.

MSRIT is a pretty decent college with good placements, an average crowd, and a small campus.

Placements: The placements are pretty decent, actually. Many big companies come to the college to recruit, for example, Microsoft, NVIDIA, HPE, IBM, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Swiggy, Texas Instruments, etc. Being in Bangalore provides an advantage as it is a tech hub.

The campus life is peaceful.

Placements: Presently, I am in my second year, so I am not yet placed, but when I started my second year, our HOD informed us that almost 50 to 70 students who were entering for the year were placed, and they had good starting packages. The highest package went up to 40 LPA during that time.

RVCE remains the top choice for placements, but PES University (Ring Road Campus) has overtaken MSRIT and BMSCE in recent years specifically for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) packages and tech hiring. Don't just go by name, check recent placement data too.
