An above-average college.
Placements: The placements, when it was a college, were good. The highest package for this branch was around 25 LPA, the average was 6.2 LPA, and the lowest was around 3 LPA. This is for the ECE branch. Some of the leading companies participating in the placement drive are Icertis Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Infosys Limited (Power Programmer), Netcracker Technology, Capgemini Technology Serve India Ltd. (Senior Analyst), and Persistent System Pvt. Ltd. (Viveka).
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also pretty good, like Wi-Fi, labs are good, classrooms can be a bit better, and libraries are also good. There are 2 outlets in the canteen area: one is local, which is kind of okay, and the other one is a Nescafe, which is better than the local one. Sports and games facilities are also available.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are highly educated, almost every one of them has a Ph.D., and most of them are helpful (of course, there are some who aren't on good terms with the students). I think the curriculum is also good, and relevant to the branch. The semester exams are a bit tough, as the quality of students is at a high level.

Till now the college is fulfilling all the basic needs a student have.
Placements: Placements have been extremely successful in recent years. The highest package was INR 42 LPA on campus. In college, a student had to do a minimum of three internships, which is the best feature according to me as it will give the student basic industry experience.
Infrastructure: Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management provides Wi-Fi facilities to all the students on campus, and separate Wi-Fi is also installed in the hostel. Mess food is at its best level; on Sunday, there are special foods like kadhai paneer and all.
Faculty: The faculty at Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management are all of Ph.D. level; they are all well-versed in their subjects, like what to teach and how to teach. Also, this course makes the student industry ready, which is an advantage. The only drawback is that 75% attendance is a must to sit in the senior exams, but the good thing is that there is a relatively good marking system in the exam.

The shortcomings of this college are completely compensated by the people here.
Placements: The highest package is above average of the average CS placement. One of the final year students of our branch has an internship of INR 1.5 Lacs per month (it is rare to get the internship but just stating that there is opportunity to do so) . One of the highest recruiters are FIVETRAN, who's founder is an alumni of the college and offers the package of INR 48 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels are well-equipped and regularly cleaned, it has free Wi-Fi for students (certain sites are blocked but that is understandable). Reading rooms and library are air conditioned and have fiction as well as non fiction books and also a computer lab in the reading room for video lectures. Food in mess is decent and hygienic. Canteen is a little underwhelming in aspect of taste of the food, but has a good vibe overall.
Faculty: Teaching is fairly decent, teachers are knowledgeable, however their nature and attitude vary according to the branch you are in. Our branch, ECE, has friendly teachers who are also lenient about attendance. Curriculum is pretty relevant according to industry standards. Exam difficulty is average to above average.
Other: ECE is the branch that has been consistently winning the branch cup for consecutive 4-5 years. Rcoem has one of the best drama clubs in the entire city. There is some or the other fest or event going on every 4-5 weeks which makes the environment is exciting. However the college lacks a cricket ground.

Our college is decent with great teachers and course curriculum.
Placements: Placements are decent in this college. The highest salary package offered was 48 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Service-based companies are TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. Product-based companies are VMware, Softlink, Jio, JP Morgan, etc. We have to be alert to get internships because everyone does not get them.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are well-maintained. Laboratory is also better. Wi-Fi is very good and it provides 5G. Many books are available in our library. There are 20-25 copies of a single book so students can take benefit from this.
Faculty: Teachers are good. They also help us with academics, and they are highly qualified. This college is autonomous, and the course curriculum is better. Faculty members always provide practical knowledge to prepare us for the industry.
Other: Fests are conducted in this college. The main cultural fests are Pratishruti and Pratishruti. Events are conducted for 5 days. The main highlight is EDM night, Garba night, Standup comedy, etc. Events are very good in this college.

Placements: More than 90% of students got placed in our college. Around 63 companies visited our college to recruit students and offered 1,083 jobs. The highest salary package offered is 48 LPA by Fivetran. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, LTI, Accenture, Cognizant, etc. Our college has a training and placement cell that provides guidance and workshops for placement activities.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like spacious classrooms, Wi-Fi, a hostel, a huge dining hall, etc. Our labs are fully equipped with all the necessary and advanced equipment and licensed software support to achieve excellence in design and research. The hostel facility is very good. The food served in the hostel is healthy and nutritious. The hostel provides a variety of food items. The campus is small.
Faculty: Our department has around 20 faculty members. Most of them are Ph.D. holders, and some are pursuing their Ph.D. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The course curriculum is updated, and the department is accredited by AICTE-NBA. Semester exams are difficult compared to other autonomous colleges.
Other: I opted for this course because it has good growth in the industry and provides new opportunities. The campus crowd is more. Our college conducts many sports activities. The intake for our course is 120.

Excellent faculty, good placements in 2022, Average infrastructure and facilities, etc.
Placements: More than 90% of students were placed this year. The highest package was 22LPA and the lowest was 3LPA. There were more than 100 companies this year at campus placement including Fivetran, ULA, Amazon, HP, Infosys, Persistent, TCS, InfoCepts, Zensar, Cognizant, PWC, Wipro and Tech Mahindra, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty average particularly of my department. The Wi-Fi is only for college computers and not for students' personal laptops. Classrooms renovated this year only just after I passed the class. I was not a hotelier but the condition of hostel is not decent with average mess and other facilities. The hostel rooms are pretty small. They also lack hygiene.
The college library is well developed according to infrastructure, but the thing is books, the condition of books is not so good, and the availability of books is also less than what is required.
Faculty: Teachers were no doubt up to the mark, highly qualified with excellence teaching quality. The course needs some improvement according to the requirement of the industry.
Semesters exams were moderately difficult and pass percentage is more than 90%
The course needs some serious changes to make students placement ready which is lacking currently in the course.
Other: I had interest in coding and communication technology, so I decided to pursue this course. The course structure needs some improvements.
The Annual fest is one of the biggest in the city called 'Pratishrutiu' and it is the best thing about the college.

It had great placement offers in 2021, good infrastructure, and well qualified teachers.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. But everyone doesn't get an internship. We need to be alarmed all the time. The highest salary package offered is about 24 LPA and the average salary package offered is about 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Students are eligible for placements from the third year. The training and placement cell of the college takes care of placements and companies like VMware, Infosys, and other MNCs offer campus placements to students.
Infrastructure: RCOEM mess is the best in quality all over the Nagpur. Staff members are also good. Hostels are good and the Wi-Fi service is fully functional. All the things are properly regulated by the management. Food is healthy like homemade. The library is rich in books and has an e-service. Classrooms are huge and air-conditioned. Labs have all the required equipment. Sports are good and we get to participate in various club activities. The college has various clubs.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very friendly and approachable as well for doubts and other block lectures. Teachers are highly qualified and they have a lot of experience in their teaching careers. Some teachers are not up to the mark. The course is quite lengthy and semester exams are quite difficult. Still, relative grading is a good concept. The passing percentage is 40%.

I am satisfied with the college. It has a good placement percentage and excellent infrastructure.
Placements: Around 90% of the students are placed with an average salary package of 4.84 LPA. Companies like VMware, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs offered the highest salary package of 15 LPA. Every average student gets a placement with an average package of 4 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Companies visiting are top level companies.
Infrastructure: It has excellent infrastructure and equipment in the lab is also very useful for students. The latest equipment with new functions is available. Labs are well-equipped with instruments and well furnished for students. Classrooms are clean and well maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members on the campus are very cooperative and guide you the right way. They are ready to help you every time you need them. Faculty clear doubts at any time and are very gentle and polite. They also give suggestions regarding startups and internships.
Other: Every year various events are held in which students can perform and a branch cup is also held between the branches.

The last year cutoff for management was somewhere 146 for CSE. You can get through Management in mechanical, chemical or Civil or EEE. For general CSE, it was 160 though it slipped to 126 for CSE in 5th round. So, don't lose hope as you are likely to get ECE if the cutoff still dropped which has aro
