RCOEM'S review. I think this is one of the best colleges in Nagpur.

Placements: 90-95% of students were placed in our course as campus placements took place. The average package offered was around 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies included PhonePe, PayPal, and Razorpay. 80-85% of students got internships from the course in companies like Cognizant and TCS.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were available for every department and classroom. Wi-Fi, labs, and libraries were well-maintained. Canteen facilities were available, with the best canteen service provided. The best mess food was available for students living in the hostel premises.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty members were very helpful and qualified. They also provided placement guidance and other knowledge. The teaching quality was very good. The semester exams were not very difficult. If we studied thoroughly through the given notes, it was easy to clear the semester exams.

Other: We learned many things in this course. Events and fests happened regularly. We could available of scholarships by filling out scholarship forms. Campus life was good, and extracurricular activities were also conducted by faculty members and departments.

Good placements, infrastructure, with very good professors. But the campus is a bit small.

Placements: 80% students were placed form the course except a few who joined their family business and some went for further studies. The highest package offered was Rs 12 LPA by Marvel Semiconductor and the lowest is Rs. 3.2 LPA by Cerium Systems. Top Recruiting companies for my course - Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, LTI, Capgemini, Infosys, DXC, Birlasoft, Cerium systems, Marvel Semiconductors, Varroc, Tech Mahindra etc. Internship is not compulsory in our college. Students can either go for internship or can attend the college. There is credit transfer scheme for the students who go for internship. Thereby, every student who wanted to go for Internship got internship opportunities in companies like TCS, Cognizant, Cerium System, Tech Mahindra.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided for my course is excellent. We have Wi-Fi all over the college and we can connect to it and use it for our skills enhancement etc. Labs are well-equipped with all the gadgets and devices required for the experiments/practicals like CRO, DSO etc. There is a departmental library as well apart from the Central Library. All classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and screens. The college is very clean and so are our washrooms. The canteen is awesome with good and hygienic food. Hygiene is maintained with most priority. Medical rooms are available and first aid is given to the required one with proper trained nurse. Sports and games are very much supported and encouraged by the faculty members. We have inter college matches and National level matches as well.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well qualified and very helpful. They are always ready to clear any doubts which we have and always encourage us to take part in various projects and hackathons etc. They guide us in a very proper manner. The curriculum is very much relevant as all the basics concepts are taught with utmost priority and the professors make sure everyone has got the concept or not. With this curriculum I had no problems in placements. As my department is Electronics, so if you want to get placed in core company then the professors guide you very well. But if you want to get placed in IT company then you need to contact your friends from IT departments ot contact professors from IT department as they can guide you better than out professors since out professors are in core area so they can guide you about core companies etc. Sem exams are not so difficult. If we study the notes an attend classes then there won't be any difficulty in clearing the exams. 85%-90% students pass every year.

Other: The campus is not so big. So the fest and all won't seem so much fun. But overall the functions are very good. At first we feel that we have such a small campus. The campus of other colleges are so big. They have the fest in so large crowds etc. But yet our college also makes sure that we also enjoy the most. And its a fact that even after not having such a huge campus, the annual fest of our college are the best as every year some or the other famous person comes for performance (music, comedy, dance etc.). .

College management is improving the rank and improving its placements.

Placements: This year, about 58% of students got placed at the college. The highest salary package offered is above 20 LPA. Good companies like Accenture, Amazon, and Google visit our college for placements. Startups are also offered by the college, and it helps us a lot in our careers.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There are proper labs. The quality of the food served is good, and we get a variety of food. It has a good environment. It provides good sports facilities. Medical facilities are also good here.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified. The exam pattern is good and adaptable. It provides so much exposure. The course curriculum is good. Semester exams are conducted fluently.

This college is good in all aspects.

Placements: Around 80% of students are placed. In the EN department, the lowest salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA - 6.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. Recruiting companies are L&T construction, Barclay's, Mu Sigma, Wipro Technologies, Mahindra and Mahindra, etc. IT sector companies like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Accenture, TCS, etc. In 2020 students almost get full-time internships at big MNC which included recruiter companies. EN department is the biggest department in Ramdeobaba college. Students will most of electronics-related things which included microprocessors and microcontrollers.

Infrastructure: All the facilities students will get at this college, but it is expensive for those who can't afford it. Facilities included Wi-Fi, library, gym, mess, etc. Quality is excellent and games are included like cricket, football, etc. The teams are represented at the national level also.

Faculty: Teachers are good but this is autonomous which means college decides the course outcome. Teachers are experienced and they are done with Ph.D. in their domain. This college focusing the overall development of the student. As I mentioned this is an autonomous college so if want to good score in semester exams students have to follow teachers, and they can easily get good grades.

Other: I opted for electronics engineering because I enjoyed these courses and if students are also enjoying the things like microprocessors and microcontrollers, PCB i.e printing circuit board, students can enjoy this also. Teachers should teach practical things also. Events, fests, and crowds are on the best way. In college, there are many clubs students can improve their extracurricular activities. Students will get scholarships based on their merit, TFWS, category wise scholarships.

Review of Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management.

Placements: I read and heard that our college has a good placement record with the highest package of about 24 LPA, and an average of about 4 -5 LPA. Students are eligible for placements from the third year. The training and placement cell of the college takes care of placements, and companies like VMware, Infosys, and other MNCs offer campus placements to students.

Infrastructure: I am a day scholar so I don't know about the hostel. But my friend who lives there told me that private PG is anytime better than the college hostel. Because the food served is not up to the mark. There is no Wi-Fi connection in the hostel, and the rooms are too small.

Faculty: We have to maintain a decent CGPA in our results. Teachers are very helpful and highly qualified. They helped me a lot in clearing my doubts As in the 1st semester, all the subjects are the same in all branches and we have to submit many assignments because of online classes.
