Technical life at RMD Warje.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is nearly 85%. Tech Mahindra, John Deere, Infosys, and Accenture are the top recruiting companies. Software developer is the main role offered. The highest package is 9 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college has a gymkhana with sports grounds for kho-kho, kabaddi, cricket, table tennis, football, basketball, badminton, and many more. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for all students. The food in the hostel mess is decent.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, hold PhDs, and are very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is impressive. The course curriculum is relevant for ENTC and makes students industry-ready.

Other: I was very interested in mechanical engineering from my childhood. I dream of designing a successful car in my time. The fests include traditional days, Bollywood days, and events for tech life.

Review of RMD Sinhgad technical institute campus.

Placements: Overall, college is good, but for placements, you have to work hard. Nearly 60 to 65% of students get placed from my branch every year. The highest package for last year was 29 LPA, the lowest was 4 LPA, and the average package is around 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and many more.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is good; it provides a good environment for students. It has various facilities, such as Wi-Fi, a sports ground, a gym, various labs and a library. The food served here is also decent and campus also has a medical room. Sports facilities include various outdoor sports and also indoor games.

Faculty: The faculty here is good. All the lecturers have good teaching experience. All the faculty members are cooperative and help students in every situation. Teaching is good with a good infrastructure of classes equipped with digital boards and many facilities. ENTC is a good branch. It teaches students to grow and makes students tough for the competition in the industry. The semester exams are moderate to difficult, depending on the syllabus. Pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I got the ENTC branch on the basis of my marks in my State Entrance Exam CET. This course is good and it enriches the students enthusiasm and interest in industries. Improvement should be in the field of internship. Events and fests are good.

RMD Sinhgad College is the best engineering college in Pune.

Placements: 90 percent of the student have paced in the academic year of 2022-23. The average package offered is 5-6 LPA, the lowest package is 1.5-2 LPA and the highest package allotted in the academic year 2022-23 is 17 LPA. The top roles offered are that of project engineer and training engineer in Maharashtra metro.

Infrastructure: Our college has a high-speed Wi-Fi network with specific computer labs having high graphic configuration. Our college has a big library in the basement which contains a large number of course related books and research papers for your feature projects and experience.

Faculty: The faculty at RMD Sinhgad college is very good and friendly towards the students. They help us ant every step. The course syllabus is very good for the industry ready projects and research. The semester exams difficulty level is nearly moderate.

Other: I had an interest in the core branch of electronic and telecommunication so I chose this course for my B.E. degree. The college organizes various fest like Tectonic, Carnival, Rapsody, Rob Race and more other events.

It has been more than 3 years to be in this college. I don't regret that I took admission here.

Placements: Around 60-70% of the students from our department were placed. Students from our ENTC department got the highest salary package of 7.5 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2.5 LPA. Cognizant, Infosys, Accenture and many other companies visit our college for campus placements.

Infrastructure: RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering is a C-shaped building, where 30% of the building is allotted to Sinhgad Spring Dale School for children. The building is situated in Warje, and it is sprawled over 7 floors. Every floor is allotted to every department. Our college has a library where almost more than 200 students can accommodate at a time, and there is also a huge workshop at the basement.

Faculty: Teachers of this college are very supportive, and they always available for you. Their teachings style is really good, and whenever I has any doubt, then they are always free to help.

Other: I decided to choose this college only because I want to get my degree from Pune University. I always had an interest in electronics stream, so I chose ENTC.

They need to improve placement procedures.

Placements: Placements for our batch were not good. Students have to qualify a test conducted by the management to be eligible to attend placement drives. The students who failed in that test are not allowed to apply for placement drives. I suggest the management stop conducting that test. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest was 1.8 LPA. Students are offered roles like software developers and testers, etc. Companies like Accenture and Cognizant visit the campus for placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The college doesn't provide any Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms available here are average. There is no medical facility available on the campus. Quality of labs available here was good, but they need to improve the machinary used in the laboratory. Hostel facilities were average, but the quality of the food offered was not good.

Faculty: Our faculty members were good, and all the teachers were using their own methods of teaching. They always help students to gain good knowledge. Most of the teachers got expertise in their subjects, so the student to faculty ratio was good. The curriculum needs to be improved regarding practical aspects.

#Sinhgad = Power of knowledge.

Placements: The college is good as Sinhgad is a well-known institution in Maharashtra. It provides appropriate knowledge and opportunity to all the students. Last year, placements were held for the students in MNCs with a good package. Last year, Sinhgad Institute's placement result was 60%.

Infrastructure: It's nice and has bus service and private vehicles too. It is located in the city nearby Warje area and has a good infrastructure when compared to other institutions. It is surrounded with nice greenery and the big buildings with all facilities like parking area and lift facility.

Faculty: The faculty is good and supportive. The students have a friendly atmosphere with the faculty. The faculty is knowledgeable with good performance. Extracurricular activities are also held in Sinhgad. KARNDAK EVENT is the event here that is celebrated every year as a big annual function for college students and the faculty.

Other: The campus is good with a nice crowd and the students' lifestyle is also the best.

Engineering had became a BUSINESS!

Placements: Placements are common for all the sinhgad students. Mostly IT companies visit the college for placements. Firstly, companies used to come with 200-300 seats, but now the scenario is totally different The number of seats are like 15-20 and the criteria has increased as the competition is more. This has decreased the number of placed students.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. No issues were recorded as the college is new and we were the second batch passing out from the college. No hostel is provided for the college. Canteen food is not bad. There are options near college for food like Mc Donald's, Domino's and some local hotels.

Faculty: Some of our teaching staff were helpful. Others were like they are taking some revenge. It's about electronics Dept. We did not get any sort of industry exposure. Course curriculum should include some practical knowledge. Industrial trainings should be organized. Teachers always give preference to marks than knowledge. Internal marks were not given as required.

The college had average activities and good academics.

Placements: The college placements are average. The placements are better for IT, computer science, and ENTC. The placements are difficult for civil and mechanical students. I think that's a universal problem. Sinhgad is one roof placements, so it is a plus point. Accenture, Cognizant, and Zensar are major recruiters. We all know that from last few years, the placements are not great for engineers.

Infrastructure: The college had spacious classrooms and labs. Reading hall has been shifted to the basement, so it's always dark over there, which is annoying. The canteen is okay. There is no Wi-Fi facility available. There are no hostel facilities, which is really inconvenient, but plenty of PGs are available nearby, which is okay for the students.

Faculty: The faculty members are good, supporting, and qualified. Good activities are arranged for mechanical students like BAJA and eco-cart. There is an enthusiastic environment. The student to faculty ratio is 25:1. The industrial visits are carried out often in the second semester. for example, BSNL and Doordarshan office.
