The college is average in infrastructure and not good in terms of placements.
Placements: Almost 20% of the students get placements, but it may be below 20%. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Most of the companies are hiring students for voice process, and the Indian Navy also visited for recruitment. They don't care about their students, and even if you are bright students, they can ask you to join the voice process job as well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good. Classrooms were good, but labs had very less equipment, so students work on the same equipment. I wasn't staying in the hostel, but I have heard in the first year that most of the students used to stay at the college hostel. After that, 10-15% of them stay only in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are helpful, but they are not highly qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was not relevant. They only try to make money, and they are not concerned about the career and future of their own students. It has a very poor environment.
Other: I had given west West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam, and on the basis of the rank, I got selected for this college. Since I was from a low-class family and I got a scholarship, I got this course as well as college. They don't provide their caution money at the end of the course. They don't provide any detail information about anything. The college campus looks way different as compared to what they showed on the internet. They must have to hire qualified and knowledgeable teachers. Events are average, and the surrounding was also not good. Transportation facilities are not available, and there are very fewer hotels. Food was not hygienic. When the event occurred, then you have no idea about it. Everything happened in an unorganised manner.

Lack of students, dissatisfied with the placement, fake promises, wasted my 4 years.
Placements: There were 12 students in our batch (ECE). Teachers were friendly enough. 1. From college, I can say only 10% of students from my batch got placed. 2. The highest salary offered was 2 LPA, the lowest 1lpa, and average 1.5 LPA 3. I don't remember any good companies name for my course. Almost every company come to recruit for BPO and sale jobs. Amazon did a pool campus for BPO post. 0% internship offered.
Infrastructure: 1. Wi-Fi not available. Labs were not good, all equipments are not available. Same equipment we were using for each student. Classroom looks good. Library also looks good. 2. Hostel conditions are not good enough. Food quality was average. Medical facilities not available. There was a good ground available for Sports and games.
Faculty: 1. Teaching quality was very poor. They only teach you based on your semester syllabus and at the end that syllabus was also incomplete. 2. No, students who were already smart can only go ahead but weaker students can never grow. Because teaching quality was very poor. Lab qualities are not good.
Other: 1. I got placement through my joint entrance rank. I got ECE on counseling that's why I had to choose ECE. But I wanted to be a Computer Science engineer. 2. Teaching quality the most important thing I found missing in my college that should be improved for my course. 3. Rare events were organized. But for every fest and events, they were charging huge amount of money from us. That is the reason you can't see any crowd on those events. Campus surrounding in internet was excellent but in reality, it was totally different. They post fake information, fake campus recruitment % in the social sites.

Other: The college campus gives students the best of faculty. The class rooms are fully digital and analog also. The hostel facilities are quite good as Ac and Non- Ac rooms are available. Campus placements are quite good. Many MNCs visit to our college. SETGOI comes under 2nd potential college. College library is better than other colleges. It is the best private engineering college in Durgapur.
