I am very satisfied with infrastructure and placements of this college.

Placements: Almost 95% of students got placed in this course. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA. Many students got internships that boosted their skills. Top recruiting companies are TCS, IBM, Oracle, Hitachi, Capgemini, and Palo Alto.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The facilities are better. Hostel rooms are well furnished. Water and electricity facilities are average. The food quality is better. We also have a medical room with a nurse. Laboratories are well-equipped. High-speed internet is available.

Faculty: Semester exams are very good. Teachers are knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry.

Other: Fests and sports activities are conducted in this college. Tech Fest, Shiva Cup, and club activities are also organised. We also have NCC and NSS on our campus.

It is a great place for learning and has a value for money.

Placements: Placements in SCE are average on the basis of salary packages. Every year an average of 80% of the students get placed in some of the good companies. A lot of companies like TCS, Capgemini, Anchor, Panasonic, Extramarks, Dixon, etc., visit the campus to hire students.

Infrastructure: There are well-equipped labs and good classrooms. There is a hostel with a gym and mess facility. There is also a free Wi-Fi facility on the campus as well as in the hostel. There are two canteens on the campus. We also have a football ground and a basketball court.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and well-qualified. Most of them are holding M.Tech and PhDs. Even their teaching quality is good. There are teachers for theory course and also for labs. We have lab sessions in collaboration with industry corporates.

Overall, satisfied with my college. Shivalik is good for B.Tech ECE and CSE.

Placements: Good placement percentage. Above 85-90% of students get placements every year in this course from this college. Rest students prefer further higher studies in India. Top recruiting companies are India Smart, Dell, TCS, Google, Amazon, etc. Internships are provided to students.

Infrastructure: Facilities for classes and labs provided by the college are value for money. Labs are fully filled with the latest generation computers and projectors. Wi-Fi is provided all over the campus. Library is well stocked with the latest stock of books. Quality of hostel and hostel is quite nice and adjustable. Medical facilities are provided 24X7 to students.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. They help in studying and they guide us if we want to do something new. Students can ask them queries related to their studies at any time. Semester exams are quite difficult. But the marking scheme is sometimes very hard and sometimes very lenient.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to go into the IT sector field and wanted to learn electronics, tech, etc. Events are held 2-3 roughly in months, and fests are held every year.
