At the undergraduate level, UPES School of Computer Science offers BSc, BTech, and BCA courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the college offers MTech and MCA programmes to students. BTech is offered in eight specialisations and BSc and BCA in three specialisations. To get admission to BTech, candidates must have valid score in accepted entrance exams such as BCA1 Main,  CUET, and others. 

Candidates seeking admission to all the programmes offered at School of Computer Science, UPES are shortlisted based on the marks obtained in respective qualifying/ entrance exams, followed by GDPI/ PI.

At UPES School of Computer Science, the minimum score needed to be admitted to the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programme is 50% in both Class X and XII, plus a minimum of 50% in the combined subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class XII. Furthermore, following the exam, the cutoff scores for UPESEAT 2024, the entrance exam for UG engineering programs at UPES, will be disclosed. In order to be admitted, students must have a score higher than or equal to the cutoff.
