It is one of the best colleges in the Punjab state.
Placements: It is one of the best colleges in Punjab state. At least 50% of our course got placed. The package offered is 30,000 per month, and some of the best companies recruit students from our courses. Some of them are TATA, Swaraj etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. Labs are well defined, and the classrooms are surely designed well. One of the best things of our college is its library. There are thousands of books available in our library which are useful to the students of every course and also the faculty.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified. They have good experiences to share with their students. The curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Exams are not much difficult. The pass percentage is almost 90%.

Average placements, good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Average placements, placement for B.Tech CSE branch is very good comparing to other branches. For all over experience college is good for pharmacy, BBA BCA MCA Agriculture sections but little bit low in Engineering. Students are not that much in the college. At the end I will say its an average college.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available like Wi-Fi, labs, library, workshops, etc. Hostel facility is also average, Mess is average, canteen facility is there, medical facilities are there and also sports activities and NCC etc. That is also there. Again I will say average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable and help students in every field. Teaching quality is good. The semester exams in the college depends on the students that how much he is prepared for that. If the student is prepared for the exams so the percentage is good.

Overall, it is a good college with excellent faculty.
Placements: Many companies visit this college for placements, and the salary packages offered are excellent. IT companies like Wipro, TCS, and Infosys visit here for placements. Almost all the students got placed, and this college has a maximum placement rate in our area.
Infrastructure: The college is in a good location, and the hostel is well-furnished. The staff are also really good. There is a canteen, where a person can go and have refreshment. Wi-Fi is also available all around the campus. The meal available in the mess is also excellent.
Faculty: The staff members are well-qualified, and the college is affiliated with I.K. Gujaral Punjab Technical University. The course curriculum is relevant, and it provides information and practical knowledge about the field. The practical classrooms are well-equipped.

It is a decent college among PTU colleges.
Placements: Our college provides good placements with the average salary package of 6 LPA for all departments. It provides us with opportunities to enrol in high profile companies. Internships are offered by companies like Google, Microsoft, L&T, IBM, etc. This college also has a biotech field which other colleges don't provide. Overall, our college provides good placements and attractive facilities.
Infrastructure: There are all labs with hi-tech equipment and machines. Our college has good and huge playgrounds, tennis court and basketball polls, and there is no discrimination as per race, gender and religion. Every facility like canteen, labs, ground, library, etc., provided by our college is good. The campus is spread over 42 acres, and there is a lot of greenery on the campus. Our college environment is good.
Faculty: Overall, faculty members here are good and well-educated, and they all are post graduated or PhD holders. Some of them have experience in their relative subjects. They provide good practical knowledge, and they all are very helpful and curious about their work. They solve every problem of the students at any time, and I would give 3 stars out of 5 for faculty members. Many teachers are qualified M.Sc only, but they are very helpful.
Other: Annual fest, Holi, Diwali, Lohri, freshers party, farewell parties, tech fest, engineers day, science day, sports day, teachers day, youth festival, Independence Day, Shaheedi day, Republic Day, children day and environment day are celebrated here.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and placement.
Placements: The percent of students were placed in my course is 75%. The highest salary offered 4.5 lakh. Top companies are Tata, TCS. The highest package offered 4.5 lakh and the lowest package offered 2 lakh and the average package offered in our course is 3lakh. 6-month internships from mechanical course.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good for our course and the department is fully Wi-Fi enabled and labs are good examples. The library of the department is very big all-time books are available in the library. Hostel food quality is good. And sports are good in our campus.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified with Ph.D., M.Tech. The knowledge of teaching is good. The teaching is good and they arr help students. Yes, the course curriculum makes the students industry ready and is relevant. Mechanical project are good on our campus.

Not the ideal college you are looking for.
Placements: Placements for the core branches are poor. Only one or two companies visit the campus for placements. Two students from the mechanical branch got placed. Placements are poor as the students lack practical knowledge. No placement opportunities are provided for students of the mechanical branch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was not that good with poor Wi-Fi facility and labs that looked like a museum for old projects. They do not make you feel like you are pursuing engineering course. The library does not contain a sufficient amount of books, and the library doesn't even have good books like novels, autobiographies, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members of the mechanical engineering department are the worst. Some of them were good, but the rest of them were a mockery of the engineering course. A good faculty member has a dire need of a new student. Faculty members who teach mathematics are good, and the rest were not up to the mark. They help you with the projects. We got help only in the workshop, and they helped us in completing our project. The workshop conducted was good.

Absolutely satisfied with the study, placements, infrastructure and the quality of education.
Placements: Around 10-12 companies came to our college. 10-15% of the students in the mechanical stream were selected by some big companies like TCS, Mahindra, etc. The highest salary offered was 15 Lacs/annum. From low to high positions in an enterprise were offered to the students. Overall, all the placed students were satisfied.
Infrastructure: You can get every single facility comes in an ordinary college in SUSCET. Labs, high-tech classrooms, sports room and a big playground, two canteens, juice bar, stationary shops, labs, workshops, machines all are pretty good and available in the college. The hostel rooms are spacious, but one of the issues is of security.
Faculty: In any stream, teachers are great and helpful. All are highly postgraduate from big institutions and with vast knowledge. In a class of around 40 students, there were five teachers who are teaching there. Regular industrial visits, workshop practices, assignments, project works and other stuff like this are organised in every semester. The course curriculum was useful, and as a student, I have learnt much from this.
Other: The annual events and fests are conducted in the college every year. The crowd is good. The scholarship is available in the college. The extracurricular activities were also organised by the college every year.

Good infrastructure but not good to study.
Placements: Placements were not good at all but we were very lucky that 1 mechanical company visited our campus and I got placed. But students don't have a bright future in this college. So you must go to some other college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. I like our lecture halls but there is no air-conditioning. In mid-summer, it's way too hot to handle and study. One more thing is that there is no auditorium. It is under construction since the past 8 years, I suppose and it is not going to be complete in the coming years.
Faculty: The faculty is very supportive. At our time, teachers were great and helpful but the HOD is not supportive at all. After the 2nd year, some beat teachers left the college and to replace them, they brought some mediocre teachers. So at present, the faculty is also not good.
