For B.Sc. students placement is very low as such no core company visit in the college and students are not that much interested in other companies.

Decent campus but needs better placements & an affordable canteen.
Placements: 20% of our batch secured placements. 3 LPA to 8 LPA (averaging 4.5 LPA) are the salary packages offered. Top recruiters are Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC, Genpact, Wipro, and S&P Global for analyst roles. Only 10% of students obtained internships on campus, requiring most students to search off-campus.
Infrastructure: Science and computer labs are well-equipped. Facilities like Wi-Fi connectivity and spacious classrooms are available. There is a large automated library. On-campus hostel is not available. Our canteen serves decent and affordable food. Basic medical aid is accessible. There is a vast sports ground that actively supports cricket, football, and indoor games.
Faculty: Shivaji College offers high-quality teaching and a relevant curriculum, paired with moderate academic difficulty. Faculty members here are knowledgeable, supportive, and provide premium-tier instruction. The course structure effectively prepares students for industry demands, while semester exams are moderately challenging, requiring a benchmarked score of around 6 SGPA to pass on my side.

I am absolutely satisfied with Shivaji College .
Placements: I have recently been part of a placement drive. I must say that it was very helpful and engaging. The council is very cooperative and GenZ. I felt really comfortable with them. The firms were also really good and they were ready to provide internships as well.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is getting better day by day. Lift facility is available and auditoriums and halls have proper AC facility. Classrooms have advance learning facility. Canteen has affordable and hygienic food. Sports complex is really big and provides enough space and facilities for everyone.
Faculty: Faculty members are very cooperative and helpful at the same time. The curriculum is also getting advanced. The cultural as well as non-cultural societies are also very engaging and up-to-date. They are very Gen-Z friendly and cooperative. I felt very supported and good with them.
Other: The campus life is amazing here.

The college is above average, and faculty is good.
Placements: I don't have much idea about the placements and internships. But some companies that came to our college last year for placements were LIFE, Bambinos, Corizo, and Young Hats. For internships, we had Growthic, Teleperformance, Hire Designers, and Viz Travel.
Infrastructure: We don't have a hostel. We have AC in our library. We also have a girls' common room. The canteen and several classrooms need to be upgraded because there is no AC in the rooms. The fans also work at a very low speed. The sports and games department is doing great, but refreshments need to be given.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Some teachers are able to make us understand, while some are not. But they are quite helpful and provide us with notes and other facilities. The difficulty of the semester exams is average because most of the questions are from previous years.

My experience is overall average.
Placements: There is no placement if you are a Science enthusiast and there is no career guidance or anything else related to it for Science students, but in the case of business studies, there might be a chance. If you want a job just after graduation, it is not there, but you can learn a lot in labs, as I did in the laboratories.
Infrastructure: The ambience in classrooms is good. The library is really good. Wi-Fi is there. The infrastructure of the labs is fine too, but for research there is no guidance or equipment either, you will develop interest but you will not be able to practice it.
Faculty: The teachers are fine. I really know so much now about so many different streams in Biology, and that opens a lot of options for me in the future, as every subject is being studied in different semesters nicely and deeply, embryology and microbiology are the ones that I found interesting. The faculty for botany is really nice.

I chose this as an experiment, but what I got in return was so much exposure.
Placements: The placements are good. If you work hard in classes and submit the assignments on time, it is very important for you to participate in events and learn from them. You can also join the internship cell and placement cell if you want. What needs to be done right is CGPA, and also interactions and communication.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel but the course, teachers, and overall academics are good. If we talk about the Wi-Fi, it's there labs are fully working, whether the apparatus works or not. The library is the best part. The classrooms are well maintained and airy.
Faculty: The curriculum is interesting and the faculty is just the cherry on top. Let's talk about exams, so exams are given every semester. The curriculum changes each semester, so you have to learn a totally new subject every 6 months. The faculty doesn't help with that, because the library exists.

Best underrated college in Delhi University.
Placements: 60 to 80 percent of the students in our college received placement. The highest package is 24 LPA. The lowest is 1.5 LPA. The college placement cell attracts around 200 companies for internships, and around 400 students get internships.
Infrastructure: Shivaji College infrastructure is very good and clean. The buildings are very clean. Dustbins are placed everywhere inside the campus. Shivaji College provides us with public Wi-Fi which is free for all. The library also has many helpful books. Labs are well maintained and clean.
Faculty: Shivaji College provides us with very helpful teachers who take care of us like their own children. They are really helpful. Teachers are very knowledgeable and answer all questions. Our teachers regularly take tests and assignments regarding the syllabus so we can get good scores in exams.
