It is one of the best DU off-campus colleges.
Placements: The placement rates are average. The placement and internship cell of the college is always active. With a few efforts, one could land a good internship. Industrial and practical courses have a high placement rate. Students have landed various placement positions at very good companies. Even many small to average startups are student-led.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't provide hostel services, but you could stay at PGs nearby. Canteen vendors change, so the quality of food depends on that, but the current one is quite nice, with various options and tasty food. The college library is one of the best libraries. There is a free medical clinic inside the college premises. Sports and games events are regularly conducted, and the sports ground is quite big.
Faculty: All of the teachers, even non-teaching staff, are quite cooperative and knowledgeable. They always encourage the students for betterment. I would not say my course is industry-ready, but its theoretical perspective is quite overwhelming, with basic practical values. The semester exams are not too hard. One could clear them easily with basic studies.
Other: Metro connectivity and market connectivity are good. There are many good pgs nearby for students from out of Delhi. Events, fest, and extracurricular activities are on par with many high-level colleges, and the campus surroundings are very green and vibrant. My course is nice if u wish to pursue M.Sc. From IIT JAM or such exams, as they have all 3 major subjects of Biology (botany, Chemistry, Zoology it would have been better if biotech was provided in the subject combination.

Shivaji College (Delhi University) is a great off-campus college.
Placements: There are not many placements for our specific course, but the college does have an internship and placement cell. Many students secure placements every year. In recent years, our senior got a 24 LPA package from the B.A. Programme course. Overall, the college provides decent internship and placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent. The newly opened Jijabai Block has advanced laboratories for all science departments, all equipped with air conditioning. The building also has a functional lift. The older building is well-maintained with proper cleaning and all necessary facilities. Canteen is hygienic, with the food at an affordable price. There are RO water facilities throughout the college. There is also a coffee point where you can relax and chat with friends. Next to the college, there is a medical facility that offers free services and supplies medication. Sports ground is large and well-maintained. There are a variety of games, including table tennis, football, volleyball, basketball, and other indoor games.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly knowledgeable and easy going. They are very helpful and easy to communicate with. The quality of teaching is excellent. Course curriculum is up to date, according to the latest education policy. Semester exams are well-coordinated and conducted with proper discipline and strictness.
Other: I chose this course because of its flexibility, which will be beneficial in the upcoming years or when I pursue my master's. Events and fests are organized every year with well-maintained crowds and excellent facilities to maintain them. Extracurricular activities are also great with many options like drama, fashion, debating, dance, and many other societies.

Shivaji College is a off campus of Delhi University but it has good faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: There is no placement in BSC life sciences. You can take placement by your others skills and many companies come to college for placements like TCS, but mostly they are not for our course. You can choose many other courses in Shivaji College and take placement.
Infrastructure: Labs are well functioning and have proper equipment. Library is also very big and has air conditioner, hostel is not available. Every kind of book is available in our library and have proper space to sit and learn. Lab are also nicely arranged and well functioning.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They teach very well. Semester exams are not really tough you can score good marks. Teachers teach you everything regarding your syllabus and course. In our college every student has their mentor who helped them in every possible way.
Other: I chose this course because I have interest in science and in this college has many events and orientation are organized to encourage and teach the students value of science.

Quite satisfied as the overall infrastructure and faculty are good.
Placements: placement cell of our college is not that good. It's kind of okay in commerce and arts, but it's worse in science. It provides placements with average salary package of INR 3 Lacs per annum. The names of the companies visited are Livesberg Technologies, Skillarena Technologies, etc. The highest salary package in my course is INR 6-7 LPA and the lowest is about INR 2.5 LPA. percentage of students getting placed in our college is about 25–30%.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is good. Classrooms are neat and clean. Recently, a new block has been opened. It's called "jijabai block". Classrooms are big and clean in that block as compared to the old block. labs are also clean and has projectors. library is quite big and has a good range of books. There is no hostel. Talking about sports, we have a separate sports complex just in front of our college that has many outdoor games. It's one of the biggest sports complex of Delhi University. The only thing it lacks in terms of games is that it doesn't have indoor games like table tennis, carrom, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are easily approachable, as we can contact them online for our doubts. They provide all the necessary details for exams. Talking about the course curriculum, it contains three core subjects: Zoology, Botany and Chemistry. Apart from these subjects, there are additional subjects too, which we have to choose from every semester (they are included in every course in DU). Our core subjects are not that tough. Semester exams are easy too.
Other: I chose this course because I had interest in both Zoology and Chemistry, so as to study both of them together, I took it. Further, I'll do a master's in any one of them. There is one thing about this course which needs to be improved. We have so much written work and diagrams for our practical files, which makes this course a little hectic. That written work needs to be reduced to minimize pressure on students. We have many cultural societies in our college, like the fine arts society (VIBGYOR), music society (Reverb), dance society (Footloose), etc. We also have societies, apart from cultural ones like finance and investment cell, Aranyam (the life sciences society), of which am a part. We also have a cultural committee known as Anchorage, which hosts many events and is also the main festival of our college at the end of the year (in February). Fest of our college is good. There are many games and food items. campus crowd is overall good.

Campus is well maintained and crowd is quite good.
Placements: There are about 7.5 CGPAs all over my course The average package was 4 lacs per year, and the lowest package was 2.5 lacs this year. Above 60 percent got internship in the field of research, and there is also scope to teaching background and if research from specific things, you also get a chance by it.
Infrastructure: The facilities are moderate. Classrooms are well maintained Library and Wi-Fi facilities are available. The college also contains a well-maintained sports field. Hostels are available at my college. Medical facilities are also available and doctors are available 24x7 to help the students.
Faculty: Teachers are cooperative, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. College semester exams are held according to the schedule. The pass percentage is above 90% in my class and the exam is not so hard to pass; it will be passed by attending daily classes and the proper guidance of your teacher.
Other: Till 12th grade, I was from a science background. This course allows us to study a variety of subjects, including chemistry, botany, and zoology. Our college also arranges a fest every year .

As your question is concerned about a course, I'll tell you that both do have the same curriculum followed up by CBCS under DU guidelines. Moreover, if you want a political exposure then obviously north campus colleges are preferable. If you would like to study both do have their equal importance be
