My College Journey: Academics, College Life, and Beyond.
Placements: In my batch, placement record was good, about 75% of students got placed in reputed companies. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Honeywell. The roles offered to them were in development, data analyst, GET role, trainee role, support, etc. The highest package was 45 LPA in Amazon, and the lowest was 3.25 LPA in TCS. Overall, there was a good placement in 2023 for my college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very good. Our college was spread in about 4 acres. Some departments were having old buildings, and some were new. The production and civil department buildings were old, while others were newly developed. Each department had Wi-Fi, drinking water, good classrooms, and projectors. The central library was there for college students, also a reading hall. The hostel was pretty good and posh; the hostel rooms had tables, chairs, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi. Mess food was not up to the mark.
Faculty: The faculty were very supportive and knowledgeable, almost all faculty in my department were highly qualified. Everyone's teaching style was unique with passion and practical exposure. The curriculum I feel was old, it must include AI, big data, and other new things. The semester exam level was good. There were 2 exams in the semester: one was mid-sem and the other end-sem. You need above 40 marks to pass in a subject from 100 marks.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because it is a core branch. It teaches you about every aspect of technology. There were cultural, sports, tech fests, and other festival celebrations that took place in college. Security guards are present 24/7 on campus. There are so many green spaces in the college campus, it feels fresh while roaming. It was a great experience in college.

Absolutely the best college.
Placements: I chose mechanical engineering because my college has a number of instruments and good faculty. In recent years, the percentage of placements in college is 40%. Recently, companies like SYNTEX and TCS visited for internships and placements. The highest package is 18 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice. Buildings are fully developed, and each branch has its own building for classes and practicals. Availability of Wi-Fi is 24 hours. The classrooms are very clean and decorated. The college has 2 libraries where you can study. There are many dishes in the mess, and the hostel is beautiful.
Faculty: As my college is autonomous, internal examinations are set by our own teachers, but they are very strict, so you have to compulsorily study before and during the exams. By the way, teachers are very helpful and supportive in choosing your subjects wisely. Now, I'm in the 3rd year, and I have to choose my 2 subjects for the next semester. My teacher suggested some subjects that have a lot of advantages in my placement.
Other: I chose this course because my brother is also a mechanical engineer. As women have some reserved placements for the mechanical branch, I chose this course. I have 84 percentile in my CET exams, and I got this beautiful college. The college provided me with a scholarship of 4k in my account, and I have connected to my campus very well.

From time to time, update the syllabus and learn new skills. I gained lots of practical knowledge.
Placements: Our college placement is good. Top companies like TCS, Accenture, IBM, Raja technologies, Seimens, etc. Our college placement is around 50 to 60 percent. The average package goes up to 7 LPA, and the highest package goes up to 22 LPA, which is offered by Goldman Sachs. The roles offered include those of system engineers and data scientists.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is outstanding. Wi-Fi facilities, study labs, and a library are available daily. The hostel facilities are good, and cleanliness is maintained on a regular basis. In one room, there are three bed facilities, like a fan, study table, and boards.
Faculty: All faculty members are knowledgeable and experts in there respective subjects. All the teachers are very helpful. If you have any doubt, you can ask the faculty member; they are always ready for you. The curriculum is updated from time to time. Add up new things according to changing technology, which is helpful for students to learn new skills.
Other: When I was small, I found it very interesting to learn about machines. How they work. The better thing about the course is that the students gained lots of practical and hands-on knowledge. So this is very interesting.

Our college has a great ambiance and polite speaking staff.
Placements: A student who cleared the 7th semester is eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit the college and many students are selected and some are left. The average salary package offered by companies is 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Some small salary packages are also offered.
Infrastructure: We have facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library for any student. Hostel building has a three-storied structure and complies with standards laid down by Panjab University. It is comprised of a reading-cum-recreation room, spacious dining hall, modern kitchen, visitor-cum-warden room, besides 75 rooms for the boarders. Two-seater and three-seater rooms are allotted to students purely based on merit.
Faculty: After many career counseling, it was easy for me to choose this course. As this course has good career opportunities ahead. This course will develop your mind to the next level. The staff is quite supportive and soft-spoken. Most professors are Ph.D. qualified. The student ratio lies between 60 males and 40 females. The teaching methods of these highly qualified professors are interesting. The college takes mid sem tests and final tests. It would be easy to pass the test for those who pay attention in class.
Other: The campus has a good library. Mostly all the necessary books and the information are available. The campus has good sports ground and equipment. The classrooms are neat and well maintained and has good ventilation. Many social groups are maintained by the students.

Infrastructure: There is a very nice infrastructure in our college and hostel. Wi-Fi facility is available all the time, and there are high-tech classrooms. A huge playground is available for sports and games. A gym is also available.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching is very helpful, and they also help to prepare for GATE examination. There is an industrial visit every year.
