Good life for a good experience in the college.
Placements: 30 to 40% of students get placements on campus. In mechanical branch, the highest package is around 5 LPA to 6 LPA. The lowest package is around 2 LPA to 3 LPA offered in my course. Many companies visit our college for recruitment. Around 30% of students get internships in my course.
Infrastructure: College provides many facilities for the staffs and students. In that like a library, reading halls, water, Wi-Fi, and suitable classrooms. Hostel is good for students because hostel provides each student with bed, cupboard, table, chair, etc. Food quality of mess is good. Sports and games are conducted by the college for students. Many types of activities are given to students in college.
Faculty: Teachers of my college are very qualified level and knowledgeable. Teachers are learning good and solving the student's personal issues. In the college, the staffs and teachers make students ready for industrial activities. Pass percentage for the exam above 40 marks is obtained and the exam level is medium.
Other: I think I have an interest in this course. This course is difficult to learn and in this course, the mechanical and graphic are interesting subjects to learning. No any kind of wish to improve in college. The college organised many types of events.

I think the college has a good placement percentage.
Placements: 35% of students are placed in my course. The highest package is 16 lakhs, the average is 4-5 lakhs, and the lowest is 2-3 lakhs offered in my course. Companies include Tata and others. 20% to 30% of students have internships. Many projects and skills are developed by students, which is important for their successful lives.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. Labs are available. Classrooms and the library are really good. Mess quality is always good, and sports and medical facilities are helpful for students. For sports, in the college ground, there is a big sports complex for students. Many sports games are played in that complex.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the teachers is great, and the knowledge of the teachers is like IIT teachers. I have no idea about curriculum relevance. Many programs are provided by the college to students. Semester exams are tough and a little difficult for students, and the pass percentage is 28 to 40.
Other: My selected course for my degree is mechanical because I think to choose a different way for my career, and I am confident for my career. I wish to improve my skills and projects. This year, the college hasn't celebrated any event or festival, but the campus crowd is like that of a village. The surroundings of the campus are very nice and excellent.

The tables of Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavla.
Placements: Mechanical placement is excellent. 32 LPA is the highest for the core branch. The CS package is 38 LPA the highest, ETC is 29 LPA, which is a very good package. Sinhgad has one of the best placements, there are 200 companies in placement. The placements are very good and the seniors are the best.
Infrastructure: The view of the hostel is excellent, the whole Lonavla can be seen with the naked eye. There is a very good view of the hostel. Sports feels like I'm in IIT Mandi. Wi-Fi is everywhere in college, but Wi-Fi is like 1 Mbps in hostels and colleges, although the infrastructure is better.
Faculty:
Teachers are very friendly and nice too. The course curriculum is not good enough, as 5th-grade students can understand the C language. Maths and other subjects are good, but although a balanced syllabus is not that hard, the syllabus can be done in one day before the paper.

Campus is really good and the climate is also so good.
Placements: Placement is moderate in core branches like mechanical but on the another hand, CSE and information technology branches have near about 90 percent placements. There are many companies that come to the campus like TCS, Infosys, cognizant, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. There is Wi-Fi connectivity all over the campus. There is a spacious library and one big reading hall to study which is open 24 hours. Hostel is also too good. They provide good lunch and dinner. Inter-hostel sports are also played between two hostellers.
Faculty: Faculty is good and their way of teaching is good. The course will make you ready for the industry. In our core branches, we use workshops to perform many tasks. Semester exams are not too hard to crack if you study well. Overall, the campus is good and vast.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because from my childhood, I love machines and I am very excited about how it works.

It is an average college with average placements, good crowd and infrastructure.
Placements: Approximately 20%-30% of the students get placed from the mechanical engineering department. Companies like L&T, Atlas Copco, Mahindra and JCB visit here for placements. Some of the IT companies also visited here in which mechanical students got placed. But the number of students who got placed is very low.
Infrastructure: Our college building is well constructed, with good labs, proper machinery, digital classrooms, a proper drawing-room, reading hall, library and Wi-Fi. The hostel infrastructure is a little bit compacted. The food served in the mess is average in taste and hygiene. Medical facilities are available.
Faculty: There are well knowledgeable, well qualified and supportive teachers in the mechanical engineering department. The course is relevant and makes students almost ready for industrial jobs. The difficulty level of exams varies per student, and examinations are conducted strictly. A good number of students pass the exams.

It has an awesome campus life, but all have to stand up amongst others for placements.
Placements: Only IT companies like Accenture and Infosys were mass recruiters. Mostly, companies come in the central hub of Sinhgad College, i.e., Pune. So you have to go there for interviews. Very fewer companies come to our campus. Many sales companies visit here, but mechanism companies are very less.
Infrastructure: Quality of facilities is very good and very well taken care of. There are two major buildings for engineering and MA and a big reading hall in both the buildings. Hostels have Wi-Fi. Sports facilities here are commendable, and there are a dedicated cricket ground, 2 football grounds, basketball and tennis.
Faculty: All teachers have completed their masters. Many teachers are very good. Some are very good at knowledge, but they can't speak English properly. There are some teachers who just come with the copied notes from the book and write on the board. Overall, the helpful nature of faculty members is very good.
Other: The college is definitely fun.

Placements were average and Faculty were below average. But apart from these you will love campus.
Placements: Very few were placed and most of them are placed in irrelevant domains. The highest offered was 4.5 LPA and the lowest was 1.5 LPA. No internship opportunities, we have to find it on our own. Literally no support from Placement Office. Being a Mechanical Engineer you have some desires But Most of the companies that visited are non technical for example Emphasis visited for Telesales kind of profile.
Infrastructure: Academic wise infra is average. But 4 years in Lonavla is like we are on vacation. Being a sports enthusiast I can guarantee you that this campus never disappoint you. Wi-Fi is good, classrooms were old need to be upgraded. Library were too small, but they are working on central library which will have 2-3 floors of their own.
Faculty: Some faculty were knowledgeable and some are at par. Also there are some faculty members who don't know what they are teaching, Teaching Quality is below average. Course curriculum is designed by Pune University so can't say much, But it definitely don't make students industry ready.

I am dissatisfied because of teachers and politics happening in the college environment.
Placements: About 1% of the students from our course were placed. The lowest salary package offered is 1.7 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 2.75 LPA. However, very few students got these salary packages. Sandvik, Volkswagen, thyssenkrupp and JCB are the major companies which visited here for placements and to offer roles. None of the students got an internship.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, library, and Wi-Fi were available in the college hostel but not on the campus. It was very difficult to access the internet other than labs in the college. Quality of food is average. Medical facilities and sports and games were available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers here were of not at all good. It was very difficult to learn any subject because of the low quality of teachers educating us. However, the problem is with the Indian education system.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to become an engineer. Faculty members should be improved in our college. Events are conducted in our college.
