Review of SRM TRP Engineering College.

Placements: The placement cell in our college is working perfectly and hard to make opportunities for each student. They have a lot of faculty members to run their cell. Our college provides special training for students to make them placed. I also got placed at the college only.

Infrastructure: Our college provides a well-equipped laboratory. Classrooms are airy. The library is larger and useful. The computer laboratory is air-conditioned with systems. The hostel facility is a good part of our institution. Rooms in the hostel are well-cleaned, and wardens are student-friendly.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-trained. They are professionals at their subject. They also are in Whatsapp group for students to clear any doubt even at any time. They are very helpful and kind to students. Their care towards student career is amazing.

Classy a college in Trichy with good infrastructure, only drawback is its faculty and fee structure.

Placements: In our batch, all departments students got placed in various companies, but the placement of the civil department is not like that. Only a few students got placed in our core companies, but the others got placed in the IT and the marketing field. In our batch, a total of 534 students got placed in various companies which were the same as like our senior batch. The salary range was from Rs. 8,000- Rs. 25,000. The low percentage students also got the placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good but not to the international standard. In our labs all the machines are available. The construction department of our campus also tests their concrete in our lab. The classrooms are well ventilated, and its medical facility in our college is very good as it is located inside the Chennai Medical College, in the vicinity of the hospital campus. I am a basketball player, and our court is good, but our management used it for some other purpose like the functions which I don't like.

Faculty: The faculty are not very good at their experience, but they friendly enough with us. They help us in many ways, as in clearing the subject doubts, in projects and in placement, but they are not much knowledgeable. They use only a normal teaching methods like in the school. Our faculty doesn't have a field knowledge, but on our campus, many construction projects are going on, and we learned many things from the project engineers. They were also kind, knowledgeable and interested in teaching us.

Other: I think this is the best and the classy college in Trichy in all the facilities. It is not like the Chennai- SRM, but it is good in Trichy. It has a lovely atmosphere and campus, but the fee charged was too high as compared to other colleges, but it is worth for that fees. If they improve their standard to the international level, then that would mean, overall its the best college.
