Currently, I am studying in this college.

Placements: 50% of students were placed this year who passed out in 2024. The highest package in my course was 5 Lacs per annum, and the minimum package was 4 Lacs. The top recruiting company was Godrej. Students got internships at Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Infrastructure: Xavier's College Ranchi Insight: The infrastructure is no doubt very nice. Talking about classrooms and libraries, they are very nice, with cooperative teachers. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Hostels are provided with food, Wi-Fi, and all other basic necessities.

Faculty: The college has a good course curriculum and boasts decent teaching faculty members. The student discipline is good, classes are regular, and 75% attendance is essential to appear in final exams. B.J.M.C. at SXC, Ranchi can be a successful course if tagged with the right internship opportunities.

Not very satisfied with the college. The placements are good.

Placements: The roles offered are basically graduate trainee, software engineers, etc. The highest package is 100,000. The lowest package is 300000. The average package is 400000 to 500000. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. Students get internship opportunities in various companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are very good. In my course of computer science, the labs and classroom are in very good condition. In the lab, computer systems are updated and the facility members are always helpful in helping us if we are facing any problems regarding anything. The hostel is not that nice. The canteen food is quite nice. The sports activities at our college are very good.

Faculty: The teacher is very helpful and knowledgeable; the teachers are highly qualified; and the teachers are very friendly. Our course curriculum is very relevant and familiar, which makes the students industry-ready. There are a total 2 midterms and 2 endterms in one year. The pass percentage is 70%.

Other: The course I chose is B.Sc. IT. I chose this course because I am quite interested in computer and their technical stuff. The best thing about our course is the people we meet during it. The things I wish to improve are some practical things. The college organizes many events, like annual sports meet, fests, etc.

It is the best college in Ranchi as compared to other colleges.

Placements: If we talk about the percentage, then around 50–60% of students can get campus placement. The highest package has been INR 3.6 LPA, and the lowest package is INR 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies from this course are Airtel, Lido, Infosys, TCS, Concentrix, Deloitte, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. The campus has Wi-Fi access for students. There are two libraries: one departmental and one central, and the library is the best part. There are also two canteens: one for intermediate students and another for UGC and PG students, both of which are excellent. The hostel is only available for boys.

Faculty: Teachers are top-notch and qualified. Unlike other colleges in Ranchi, here the classes are regular, and the teachers are really concerned about the students academics. Yes, the course is curriculum-relevant. Teachers make the students ready for industry, and the internships offered here will help you become industry-ready.

It is a good college to take admission.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are good. Most of the students opt for this course to pursue a master's degree, so the hiring percentage is less, and the pay scale isn't much great. The recruiting companies are Deloitte, Wipro, TCS, etc. Skills make students superior in getting placements.

Infrastructure: The environment of our college is appreciable and well-maintained. Wi-Fi and smart classrooms are available on campus. Computer labs are good. Hostel facility is good on campus and serves good food. There are three canteens inside the college and proper gaming sectors. There are many hostels nearby, and most students prefer to be there for freedom.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. The course curriculum is average because it comes under the science department, but it is easy to grab with some effort. Semester exams are lenient to appear. Students have to strictly maintain 75% of attendance to appear for examinations. The pass percentage is 41%.

Other: I chose this course to gain knowledge of computer science. The syllabus should be updated by adding some new evolving technologies and giving more practical exposure to students. Extracurricular activities are frequently organised. Campus crowd is well-maintained with a healthy environment.

Review of St. Xavier's College.

Placements: Around 60-70% of students are placed and the rest of the students opt for higher studies in courses like MCA and MBA. SAP and Deloitte are the top recruiting companies. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. These companies offer coding roles after a few months of training.

Infrastructure: Our building is huge and air-conditioners are available in the laboratory. All machines are well-equipped for coding. Classrooms are big and around 100-150 students can seat comfortably. The playground is available for sports like basketball, cricket, football, etc.

Faculty: All professors have master's degrees in related streams and some of them are Ph.D. scholars. Teachers are well qualified, helpful, and cooperative. Semester exams are not very tough.

Other: I have not experienced fest because of covid. There are few clubs and societies in this college and some of the clubs are Rotaract, NSS, and NCC. Surroundings are clean in this college.
