Good Chances of placements for those wanting to settle after graduation .

Placements: 80% of the students who applied for the placement were placed. The highest Package Offered was 5.5 LPA, Median Package is 3.5 LPA and the lowest Package is 1.44 LPA. Top recruiting Companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Galaxy Surfactants, TICB, Black and Veatch, Worley Parsons. None of the students from my course were offered internship.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is there but one can get only 34 mb internet a day, labs are in good condition though but some of the equipments need urgent repairs, classrooms are well lit, good ventilation is there. Library is excellent, one can find every reference book in the library and any research paper from paid journals. Hostel facility is pathetic. Very primitive and outdated infrastructure is there for accommodation. Basic hygiene isn't even followed. Roads inside the campus are of very low quality. Mess is good, but again is it upto the student if he likes the food or not. No medical facilities are provided inside the campus, sports and games are okay but not at par with other institutions.

Faculty: Faculty is good, but as the college is run by an MLA the recruitment is done through nepotism and some of the teachers are simply ineligible for the job. College is affiliated to Shivaji University and curriculum is decided by It. Recently the college got autonomy bit yet the curriculum is similar to that of Shivaji University. Passing percentage is 80% for University students. Now as the college is autonomous, you can pay a nominal fees of 500 rs and appear for subject again.

Other: The local culture is very conservative and ladies and gents are rarely allowed to interact.

Excellent campus placements and amazing teaching quality.

Placements: Every year, about 80% students get placed. Our college is best in terms of placements. The lowest package is 3 LPA and the highest package is 24 LPA. 80% of students got internship from different companies.

Infrastructure: We have great facilities provided in our college. Clean and well-lit classrooms, labs and staff rooms are there. Library has around 80,000+ books related to engineering subject. Hostel building is nice, big and aesthetic. Hostel rooms are well ventilated. Electricity is always there and no power cut issues are experienced. They need to improve the quality of hostel mess food.

Faculty: Teaching quality is excellent. All the teachers are well qualified and experienced. Teachers are helpful. The course is relevant and it makes students industry ready. Exams are difficult and are conducted under strict supervision.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. There is a lot of scope to secure a government job post doing the course.

Tatyasaheb college of engineering and technology, warrant.

Placements: Almost 70% of students are placed in campus selection, so many companies visit our college for campus selection every year. They teach us many extra subjects related to campus selection, the minimum package a student got is 3 LPA and a maximum of 24 LPA.

Infrastructure: There are about 10 buildings of boys hostel and 4 buildings of girls hostel, department infrastructure is excellent. They have to make improvements to the hostel mess. Also, they have to maintain discipline in the hostel buildings. They have to increase the number of rectors.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent and soo much experienced. They teach very well. The difficulty of exams is too much, but they also prepare us nicely for exams. Teachers are too good at teaching. We can go to them anytime to ask for solutions to their subject-related problems.

Other: Civil is a beautiful course, we can learn so many things. There are many visits and extracurricular activities.

It is the best college in Shivaji University to get engineering degree.

Placements: More than 40% of students got placements in various companies like ITC, Mahindra, B&V, and Nirman Construction. The highest salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. For internship. almost 30% of students selected as trainee engineers, design engineers, executive engineers are the best job role for civil engineers.

Infrastructure: We have an excellent campus with high-speed Wi-Fi networks. More than 1 lac books are available in the library of various engineering topics. High-tech classrooms are provided. All Engineering labs are there in each engineering department. There are a lot of trees on the campus which makes the environment friendly.

Faculty: There are qualified teachers and staff. Many professors are holding Ph.Ds. in various engineering subjects. Good practice of teaching both in theory and practice is provided. The university syllabus makes students ready for a job. The Semester exams are a bit difficult, but a 100% pass was scored in the previous year.

Other: Hostel here is very good, with Wi-Fi networks, 24 hours water and electricity supply. Cleaning is done for every two 2 days.

My college life was very good. The support provided by teachers is also good. The nature is good.

Placements: Above 65% of the students get placements from our college. The highest salary package offered here was 5.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Companies like Qspider and MNCs visit our college for placements. Academically top students got scholarships. Students get good facilities in our college.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our department and also college. The hostel facility is also very good, and medical facilities are provided separately in the girl's hostel. There are 2 girls hostels in our college, and security is also very good.

Faculty: All the teachers teach us very good, and they are also M.Tech graduated. Their specialisation in particular subjects which they teach is very good. The explanation they give is good, and they solve the problems of students.

Other: Events like Ureka, etc., are organised here, and the campus crowd is huge.

TPC of the college is not good.

Placements: TPC of the college is not good. A minimum of 40-50 students gets placed from a single batch. Reference is required for placements. Placement performance of the college is average. The average salary package offered by any company is 3 LPA. Placements should be increased in the coming years. Overall, the placements in our college are good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities available on the campus are the best. It is one of the colleges in Shivaji University which has upgraded its practical laboratory. The entire college is Wi-Fi enabled. Sports playgrounds are the best in Shivaji University colleges. The campus is under CCTV surveillance. The capacity of the boy's hostel is very much high, but the facilities provided there are very poor. The security in the girls' hostel is very good.

Faculty: The students can interact with the faculty personally on academic matters, and only their interaction with the faculty help them for company placements. The teaching is carried out through projectors. The quality of teaching is average. Some teachers teach on the bases of reference. They are not technically sound.

The best college from the educational point of view but quite dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: It is quite difficult to tell about the placements, but the placement scenario is okay. If you are capable of cracking the GD and PI rounds, you will get a job with an average package of 3 LPA. If you are from the CSE or chemical branch, you will have more chances of getting a placement in the core companies than civil or mechanical.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good overall. We have one of the best libraries with more than 2 lacs books, number of journals, novels with the provision of a study room and a virtual library. The labs have all the required equipment that are in working condition with proper maintenance. The college ground is big enough to play various games like cricket and football. There is a separate space or ground for kho-kho, kabbadi, basketball and handball. The Wi-fi facility is okay, and the hostel rooms are good. The quality of food provided in the canteen is not bad.

Faculty: The staff or faculty are well-educated and experienced, and they are also helpful. All the staff have a minimum qualification of M.Tech with teaching experience of minimum 5 years. Some faculty members have done PhD from recognised institutes. Teaching quality is the main reason for the institute to get NBA accreditation with greater points under Shivaji University.

Not absolutely satisfied with this college.

Placements: Above 70% students got placement offers from L&T, Galaxy, Ultratech, Black and witch company. And so many other companies criteria of above 60%. For civil now days various companies are coming but criteria is compulsory, first class and no ATKT. Starting packages are so high. Overall good.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided by college or authority of college is not excellent. No Wi-Fi, labs instruments are old, classrooms are large but quality of benches are poor, arrangement of classrooms are not well mannered. Library is very excellent and rich.

Faculty: Quality of teachers of this college is very brilliant, no doubt. Teachers are not very friendly but teaches very good. Very strict environment is here.
